This particular location gets the highest rating from me. From the outside to the inside, this restaurant is clean and well managed. The staff are all really friendly and professional. Growing up on Whataburger, my expectations are always high when it comes to the food. Burgers are fresh and made to order, and the fruits are never too salty!! I'd recommend this location to anyone!! Great experience as always!!
The biscuits and gravy meal from Whataburger was the best i have tasted compared to those served by other restaurants, and it was the lowest price at $5.93 for the meal including drink, but extra for eggs.
The buttery biscuit tasted freshly baked and the thick gravy had lots of sausage pieces i could actually bite.
Note that the gravy i received today had lots of black and red pepper combined, compared to the one i ordered last week. It was too much for my weak stomach.
There was a cockroach when I opened the wrapper of my burger!!! I told the manager and they just said sorry and gave me my money back. Is it that normal for them to find roach! This place needs a health inspection.
Every time I come to this whataburger there are no lines and they still always make me pull up to the front. Trying to cheat their drive through times. I’ve waited from 5-15 minutes for the food.
I came in this evening with my husband, the cashier was new we could tell. She was polite. The manager came over to assist placing our order. She was very polite and brought us our food when it came out. They both were very nice. I did tell the manager the food was good and hot, fresh hot. Not the hot and stale that you get at some places. We really appreciated it. However the female that was standing to the left of the manager with braids was rolling her eyes at me the look as if I needed to shut up. As we went to get in our truck we noticed that girl cleaning the glass doors. This location has great food and the manager Rocks!

Be weary when coming to spend your money here.
They post their own reviews, if you order and don’t get your receipt they go on there with your receipt and post their own reviews to make it seem like they’re good!
They don’t clean their tea urns, they food comes out cold majority of the time! They’ve got someone in morning shift who doesn’t use gloves even when picking up meat and then preparing your food. I also like to add I’ve waited over 30 mins for my food one time. I’ve got a friend who works there who tells me how nasty and bad their grills get and they don’t clean em!
As well as the front desk soda machine they HAVEN’T cleaned the nozzles.

Whomever was working the drive thru today was awesome. The overall service could have been faster but the customer service was top tier! My receipt says Jami R was the cashier. So honestly this is just a shout out to the man running the drive thru today he made my experience awesome. I felt good driving off with my food.
I would like to give major S/O to Sheaka. She has exceptional customer service. She is very polite, accurate and great personality. She needs to be recognized and promoted.. keep up the great work!!! ????????
