At 12:16 a.m., the lobby was closed, but the drive-thru was open. No big deal. I had 2 other people with me, and I wanted to make 3 different orders. When I said as much at the menu, I was told they could only take 2 orders in the drive-thru. I thought that was a bit odd, so I asked what I could do to get the third order. I was told I could add it to one of the other 2 orders. That wasn't going to work out for me, so I asked if I'd have to just circle back around and make a third order and was told no, I couldn't. After we got to the window and paid for the 2 orders we did place, I asked why people were limited to 2 orders in the drive thru, and I was simply told it was policy. When you consider the fact i was told that i could not circle back around after i picked up my first 2 orders, stating "its policy" only tells me they just didnt want to take the order. I've never heard of or experienced that at any whataburger at any time of night or day. Before this experience at this location, I've never had a bad experience with whataburger. I won't be visiting this location again.
During an early morning trip through the Drive Thru, I experienced amazing customer service from Abraham! The line was very long yet he never seemed flustered and he maintained an exceptional level of professionalism. He spoke with kindness and maintained a smile. He repeated the order to make sure everything was correct. This is the first time that I have experienced such high level of customer service at any Whataburger that I have visited!
I have to applaud the cooks, staff and cashiers.
The food was delicious, the store was clean, the staff was organized, attentive and friendly.

I visit this store often. I order online and pickup they usually wait until I arrive to make the fries this time the lady gave me the food already bagged. I explain that I had to wait for an Uber and didn’t want to take cold fries home to my kids, they Short Hispanic woman just brushed off my needs and told me no that the food is already pre bagged they were not busy at all NO customers in lobby only me and no line outside . Completely no regards for the customer or my needs.
I went to get a Whataburger meal at Whataburger on Telephone and Bellfort. There was no salt/ pepper ( no seasoning) on the hamburger meat. (Yuk)
However, there was a young man by the name of Michael who was very nice and accomodating. Mrs. Ash
All u have to do is pay attention. I ordered plain wings wit gravy. I get the wings no gravy now I'm stuck dipping in ketchup. Thanks for ruining my meal! Yalls prices are too expensive to make any mistakes. It's disrespectful!
18 minute drive through wait time on a Saturday at 11:30am. I think that's unacceptable when I only had three cars in front of me
On 06/29/2024 I stopped at this location and purchased a #1 all the way with cheese. The receipt was correct, but the food was wrong. Got to my destination opened the burger and it only had meat.
Spoke with the manager Edith who stated she could not refund my money and she doesn't know what more she can do, and will call me back. Never received a callback, so Clearly that was a LIE!
After waiting in that long line I'm completely disappointed in the service I received. This is a burger place you would think they would know how to make a burger.
