The service here was super slow and beyond forgetful. Tyler handed us our food about 20 minutes after ordering ????⏳ and said, “I’ll be right back with the ketchup tray.” But as soon as someone came to the line, he put the tray back ????♂️???? and started helping them instead.
I went to the counter to get it myself, but both Tyler and another kid with dark curly hair ???????? completely ignored me. They saw me but didn’t even ask if I needed anything ????. Finally, an elderly woman in a Whataburger uniform ????????✨ and a yellow reflective vest came to my rescue and helped me get the ketchup I needed.
The whole experience felt like waiting for a bus in the desert—slow, frustrating, and confusing ????️⏰. This location is now on my “never again” list ????. Do better!

Clean, Happy Employees, the Mgr needs to be happier.

Whataburger never disappoints! The quality and flavor of their burgers are consistently top-notch. I love how you can customize your order, and everything is always made fresh. The patty melt is my personal favorite—perfectly grilled with that signature Texas flavor. The fries are crispy, and the spicy ketchup is a must-try! The service is fast and friendly, even during busy times. Whether I’m grabbing a quick lunch or a late-night meal, Whataburger always hits the spot. Highly recommend!
Went there for the new sandwich as i as passing by and after 10 minutes at the window they handed me the wrong sandwich. Did not sub for texas toast as requested even though it said it on the receipt. Only actual interaction with whataburger in texas. ????
They brought us our food quickly, and we had an option of fancy or spicy ketchup. Food was fresh and they got it right even with simple special requests which is not always the case in some places. Took a star down on atmosphere due to cleanliness of bathroom as well as some food and a table number on the floor. Would overall recommend as these are easy to fix and generally the place was clean appearing. We would eat here again if in the area. We had two adult meals and two kids meals.
Friday, at 10:30AM, on Oct 18, 2024…
Cold coffee was undrinkable it so extremely strong. Asked for fresh hot coffee. Server gave me another cup that was hot but coffee grounds were floating in the second cup of thick dark black coffee. I mentioned it to her and she replied cordially that Whataburger’s coffee is like that…it’s really strong.
Food was cold. We didn’t bother to ask for help on that issue due to the coffee ordeal. Seems like everyone there was in training today. (?)
The prices are too high everywhere now, and especially when it’s for a crummy meal like this.
We frequent this Whataburger often because we live near by. Not happy at ALL with today’s experience at Whataburger.
They used large meat on my jr. You can tell they cut it with a spatula. Seems they got even more confused then put the meat the cut off on top. Its huge. Its disgusting.
We really like the cranberry, apple salad with grilled chicken and the spicy jalapeño ranch dressing is the best. Great low calorie option.
