Ordered from a different Whataburger and accidentally came to this one. Manager saw there was a mixup, asked me what I ordered from the other store and made my order! Service was incredibly fast too! EXTREMELY GREAT IMPRESSION made on me!!
Whataburger is great. However, they take so long to prep the food and pull you forward. Sometimes you're behind another car, and you get your food before them. But still have to wait for the others. Great food though!
One of the main spots I go to for whataburger. Always come dinner time to get the honey bbq meal and white chocolate peppermint shake for limited time. It can be busy for drive thru as always but I usually order inside for take out instead of waiting at the drive thru. Never had a problem with none of my order history here since I came to El Paso and the staff worker can be busy depending the work flow but overall their cool.
I ordered to Whatabugers today. And was very disappointed. The buns were old and they were falling apart. I’ve always ordered the same thing and they were good and fresh. But not this time.
I ordered at 11:45pm and didn't expect uncooked and squishy chicken. Very sad because this the first time I have had uncooked chicken from whataburger.

Pulled in thinking I was going to get a Veterans day meal as I’m Active Duty. Everyone else giving out free meals but I paid 12.55 for mine. Thank you for your service.
