I had the pleasure of visiting this Whataburger for the first time to meet my best friend, and I was genuinely impressed by the experience. From the moment I walked in, the cleanliness of the restaurant stood out, and the atmosphere was inviting and peaceful. It wasn’t overly crowded, allowing us to enjoy our time together in a comfortable setting.
The staff truly elevated the experience with their professionalism and respect, going out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. There was a beautiful, welcoming energy throughout the restaurant that made it feel special, almost like a hidden gem.
Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I’m grateful for the warm and thoughtful service that made our visit so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great meal in an equally great environment. I know it’s just a burger, but I’m a big fan about my burger spots.
Make sure you receive everything you ordered BEFORE you leave the restaurant. When you get home and realize something you paid for is not in your bags and go back with your receipt to explain that out of $100+ of food you just bought, you didn't get ONE item, they will insinuate that you're lieing.
Also, food was warm at best. Not hot at all.
I went into the store and there were 2 other people that had already ordered. I paid almost 10 dollars for 3 coffees. I waited 10 minutes while the girl was working in the back. I finally said Ma'am I need to get the coffee and go. She replied pretty rudely I'm kind of busy right now. So I left and lost 10 bucks. If she didn't have time to pour 3 cups of coffee she definitely couldn't have done a refund. I'm busy too that's why I ordered coffee from fast food instead of making it myself. Whatabuger lost a good morning customer.
December 2024 2 patty Melts 9.99 each 1 small sweet teas 1 medium Dr. Pepper $30.00 at this location. A few bucks cheaper at all the other locations but way to freaking high.
Wouldn't let me substitute fries for apples. Then proceeded to not give me the fries. Whatever mental gymnastics you perform here are wild. Man just wanted to eat a little healthier.
I just spent 37.00 on two combo meals whatasized. That same meal cost me 23.00 a year ago. This is outrageous, this isn't California, so what drove the prices up that much? The kids there didn't get raises, so there is little to ZERO excuse for that much markup. This is just a flat out rip-off! You lost all of our business forever over this.
I've never seen a more pathetic band of idiots. Took 45 minutes to get our food AFTER we argued with the guy in the window that what he read to us 5 times was not our order. Everyone there needs to be fired. The food was good but sloppy, the service was terrible and the smell of marijuana was so strong I was choking. I don't know how they have jobs.
Angry woman working the counter this morning, very rude and disrespectful person. If I treated paying customers the way she does, my business would go bankrupt. Never use them again. And going to let everyone i know not to either.
