I can't rate the food yet cuz I haven't ate it but the fact that we sat for almost 15 minutes ordered our food at 8:21 and I didn't see until it was about 8:33 that we still didn't get our food... Then going to check on it the only excuse they gave is that they thought it was online order which I don't understand how they thought that it was not that busy, the girl who took our order was standing right by the warmer... So I'm just not understanding how we had to wait so long and then go up to them and say something for us to get our food... Other restaurants will ask have you been helped or have you ordered yet but they didn't do anything... And then the girl who took our order just looking when she said something and I'm feeling like she told the manager that she thought it was an online order and it's like why would you lie like that... Just because you're having a bad day doesn't mean you need to take it to your work place... And I say that because of the little bit of gossip I was able to hear... But regardless I know what it's like to work in restaurant and not once did I ever think to bring my personal life to work unless it's at work let the work drama affect you like that... And if y'all must know all it was was 2 taquitos and two honey butter biscuits... And based on the picture y'all please let me know how they thought this was an online order... I see two reasons why I would never think it's online order... It's not hard to take accountability...
The onion rings were delicious. The burgers were overcooked and very dry. At least the ketchup saved the day. In n out is way juicer than Whataburger. At least we tried it.
Literally waited 35 minutes for my meal and it was colder than door dash, some guy named starlyn . The staff was inattentive and 6 people got their order before us. The meal was cold, damp, and soggy. I spend $30 bucks and want my money back. This is unacceptable and should not happen . Terrible location and aervice. On top of that the burger was not in a bun and they didn't let me know. Huge disappointment. I hope y'all hire people who actually care for their job and review any current employees seeing that they lack the qualifications to make a decent order l.

Extremely Terrible Place!!!!!!!!
Ordered through Doordash with these people around 4 AM, they gave the wrong order for the driver, while eating I'm feeling that nasty taste, I look at the receipt it shows somebody's else order with "BACON" inside it .
Since I'm Muslim I can't eat this.
Went to the store explained that to them, I don't care about food at this moment I don't need any food from them.
They took the food from me and put it in the trash, and I'm asking for the bag with that "BACON" to give it to me, because I'm feeling nauseated and experiencing belly pain because of that terrible food shown in the picture.
They told me leave the property! called the police on them after that, and they blamed the driver on that.
I asked to get my money back they said we can't do that, they only offered to make the original meal for me which would be more terrible idea to eat from this restaurant again!
Do you want to experience nausea and food poisoning and dry cold wrong order on top of bad manner? go to this place.
Whataburger is a Texas staple. Every Texan is proud of Whataburger. It was there when we were children, and now at 2am when we get out of work or a party. The taste is incomparable and unique, hard to explain. Every bite is an individual experience. As a Texan it’s a done deal you’ll love Whataburger, if you moved here or visiting then it’s a must be on your list. The food is great everywhere, service and atmosphere varies dependent on location.
I went after the lunch rush, about 3:30pm. Place was dead but I like that, nice and quiet. Very clean, and the staff was good. I got the number one with an iced mocha. The food is good, better than McDonald's. This includes the fries. I also was able to get mine with honey mustard and it was real honey mustard, not yellowed mayo. The iced mocha was nice too. This would be my go to spot for a burger. I hope this chain gets into Washington State.
This by far was the worst experience EVER. I came in at 6:07 to get a single sandwich. I knew I would be unable to eat throughout the day and I wanted a burger. The person who took the order was AMAZING!!! AND IT WENT DOWNHILL FROM THERE. 20 minutes later, no food. There was at least 6 people inside and no one came to check on me or my order. Finally after 20 minutes, I started blowing my horn. I had to be at work at 6:30am. The manager came and said "let me check on your order." She never came back. When she did, she gave me the wrong order. I had to drive back around through the drive thru again. The same AMAZING order taker immediately tried to make up for the mistake. The manager...offered nothing. She was very unkind. The order taker apologized often but the person in charge didn't care. She suggested to the manager to give me free meal. I just wanted to leave.
As a former employee I would never eat here it has roaches Small ones Big ones And customer service is trash Rude to customers they talk bad about customers. And they treat their employees like maids and servants They talk at you, but not to you like if you’re a dog also they used old fries and reheat them up I had a video but doesn’t want to let me upload it
