I was brought a medium chocolate milkshake and I immediately thought this doesn’t taste rite. I drank a couple more swallows and could not drink more. I don’t know if the milk was soured or what but it was nasty. At 3:00am I was up being sick. I was sick the whole next day as well. I couldn’t eat or drink anything. It would just come back up.
Whataburger has always had the best chocolate milkshakes so I was very surprised and disappointed that it wasn’t any good. The food I received was good. Milkshake, bad

The 5 stars is only applicable on nights Chris is working. He's an angel. He works the drive through, brings out the food, takes the orders, and is such a polite human being.
He alone practically runs the show. If anyone important sees this Chris is your guy, he's incredible.
The nights and days he's not there I'd give it a 2 at best. The burgers are gross, the fries are cold, the service is lackluster.
I ordered the #22 sausage and egg biscuit with no cheese. When I received my order the sandwich was wrapped in white paper which is supposed to mean no cheese. Guess what? It had cheese on it. The hash browns were all stuck together like they had been partially thawed and stuck together when they were placed in the fryer. I asked if I could get it with no cheese. While I waited I heard one of the workers explaining that to another. When I received the new sandwich it had no egg on it. I brought it to their attention, threw the hash browns away and walked out. I would give zero stars but it made me rate at least one.
Repeatedly getting orders wrong, fries not fresh and most workers don’t even have common courtesy to respon to you when you let them know your burger is missing all its veggies and the may and mustard. Then when they fix it not a single word. Lame. Slow line at drive through too. Went inside and when getting my drink the ceiling leaked onto my shoulder and I looked up to see a nasty water stained spot dripping. Gross!!
The lady that brought my curbside order out very very rude and unprofessional. Just moved here to town and everyone is so nice very unexpected the way I was just treated! There is always the one on Main Street!
I had to wait 45 minutes for an order while the staff was cutting up and laughing,the female working the drive through was yelling about how she was tired of the woman ordering. Top it all off they got the order wrong. Do not recommend!
Ordered patty melt with bbq sauce.
Patty melt had a tiny amount of bbq on it.
Told employee.
She asked if I wanted some bbq sauce.
I said yes, 2 packets. She then RUNG ME UP for bbq sauce to fix my own burger!
That really happened.
We travel a lot. This one is in Paris TX. Never eaten at the same one twice. Each one is always top drawer. Wife & I always split the #1 burger, plenty filling.
