0 stars for food, I ordered a burger. I bit into that burger after few bites. Thought it was maybe lettuce, an onion. It was not. It was a long dead worm. I cannot tell this story without being sick to my stomach. Did not have time to take a photo because I freaked out and got sick immediately. I do not leave bad reviews, and I try not to. But I will not eat whataburger again because of how sick the thought of the memory makes me. Personally I am terrified of worms. This just added to it. I’m really disappointed because I genuinely love a good burger.
I was a first-time customer at this particular Whataburger. Come to find out they serve their online customers first.. a place my order at 11:30 did not get my food until 1145. The sad thing is that three other people came in and got their orders before me. I was at work only had a limited amount of time. This was not pleasant and when I got my hamburger, it was cold. The only thing that was fresh was my fries.
Hi recently went back to this location and they did much better even with more people so who knows it could’ve been the front personnel or in the back doing the cooking I’m not sure but was a little better. I hope the next time I go back which will be soon. Things will be perfect .

Food was cold.. not just not hot but the meat was cooler than the lettuce. After taking a couple bites I realized they forgot to give me a cup for my drink. I didn't think it was a problem until I went up to the register to ask for it and the cashier had to ask someone else if I actually had paid for a drink. The drink machine was out of ice and it took over ten minutes of me standing around holding the cup next to the registers for anyone to ask what I wanted.. it turns out they knew it was out of ice they just didn't feel like filling it up. I don't like reviewing every fast food place i go but this one was enough subpar that I felt obligated.
Best whataburger I ever been super clean awesome staff and the food was amazing restrooms super clean the place smells awesome definitely coming back.
Great window staff. Food not as great as usual. Bad veggies. Quality seems to be slipping.
I been in many places of fast food and accidentally ordered the wrong food!! They always given the correct order without charge. Today I have ordered the bacon bowl I didn’t it has gravy and I did not like it. They only said sorry. Never comeback again. Probably you don’t care about my review
Management and staffs are very friendly. It's a clean place. Yasmin was very nice and friendly. This is a good place to eat if you are into fast food. Usually its crowded but there are quite hours. Restrooms were clean.
