Honestly, we don't have Whataburger where I live and I was so happy to see a location. That meant my expectations were pretty high. This location did not disappoint me. Easy parking. Clean bathroom. Hot food. Amazing onion rings. Tremendous kind and professional customer service. I was impressed.

I've never eaten whataburger i ordered the #6 avocado bacon burger meal. Pretty good.. but this review is more for the staff. Really cool, energetic, attentive and overall cool. Place was clean at 2am. Thank you Matthew with making a selection
I've been a lifelong Whataburger fan, so the food is great, and the service here was decent – the staff treated everyone well. However, the drive-thru experience was frustrating. The lanes were incredibly confusing, and I had to go inside to figure out which lane to use (This is after we ordered because they have a Lane A and Lane B and it doesn't look like they merge or that they're supposed to)
The biggest issue was when we paid. They took our card and didn’t return it until we SPECIFICALLY asked for it back. That’s unacceptable. As someone who’s worked in both restaurants and fast food, I know it’s standard to charge the card and IMMEDIATELY return it especially in fast food. Holding onto a customer's card is a serious breach of trust and could lead to major problems.
The restaurant environment is Clean, Neat and organized, and the staff were friendly and informative. The food is the one thing I will say if you come here to get just a burger it doesn't meet expectations. The sauces and the original recipe for the burgers is likely what makes the burger quality better otherwise the patties are dry and lack flavor. But the vegetables were fresh and tasted great. I ordered a Burger without sauces and got french fries and a drink.

1st time trying the green chile double burger....it was delicious ???? It does get pretty busy around lunch hour 11a - 1p M-F, so plan accordingly. Not many places to eat in this area, but certainly glad i stopped at this location. Would love to try some of their other burger varieties next time. ????
Stopped by my favorite what a burger, bad experience. I know they have new employees but even then, Giselle the cashier was rude. She failed to acknowledge that I was in front of her and when I tried to ask her a question but walked away. I told her that was rude , she just rolled her eyes. This person has a bad attitude. Flies, can't eat my food without flies being all over
