This place has gotten faster when it comes to getting food out. I found out why. I received fries that were not even fried at all. Still raw. Still cold. I thought it was a joke at first but I guess the joke is on me because I didn't check the meal until I got home 15 minutes away.
I ordered a couple of the platter boxes that have 10 burgers each, and despite the lunch rush, the team kept their composure and got the order to me rather quickly! They were really friendly too.
I dont understand how they can mess up an order 2 times in a row. I ordered a #2 with bacon and cheese no mustard add mayo and they gave me the wrong order so I went back I gave back the order and told them I got the wrong order and I told them what I ordered they made it but they only added mayo cheese and bacon lol I originally wanted the #2 with everything but mustard add mayo bacon and cheese idk that seems simple not complicated but I got the burger back with just bacon cheese and mayo and added jalapeños which I never asked for ???? I just gave up honestly
Nightmare for uber drivers and dashers. They are not organized, they hand the orders to anyone without verifying or confirming. Drive along way to find out they gave the food to somone else. Store manager step your game up brah.. unorganized crew tells alot about how your running the store
This is how I got my burger.
Usually place has a decent customer service but today it wasn't it
I stopped by the Whataburger, on Fairbanks in El Paso, Texas, where to my surprise a worker named Jorge was working by himself, I’m sure there were maybe one more but I saw no one else. Kiddos to this kid for still attending me with a smile and apologized so many times. Keep up the good work Jorge. Thank you so much for smiling even though I’m sure this situation you were put in can be very frustrating. ????
Fast and friendly service! What I love about this location is they pay attention to what you order! I have never had a wrong order from them!
Our 4 meals were made perfectly. They were not stingy with ingredients this time. I ordered the jalapeno cheeseburger and I had jalapeno in every bite. Fries were hot. Tea was good; didn't have that bitter taste when it's old.
