I have been working out of state for a few years and finally had a chance to have Whataburger again. Everything was delicious. The people were very friendly and helpful, and this is a great location. I highly recommend
Whataburger, like most fast food restaurants, is hit or miss. Got the Chicken Strips, Fries, and White Gravy. Fries were ok, chicken stripes were good, love the gravy.
Average food. Nothing special. The chocolate shake was not good.
Stop by today for a quick bite to eat after a quick trip where unfortunately encountered an employee who was taking orders. I first ordered a taquito where she said no you may not. Not realizing it was after 11 because I'm tired from driving. My daughter ordered a meal and I asked for just a Whataburger jr with cheese. She handed us 3 cups for 2 people. Then I looked at my receipt and she added double meat and 4 cheeses on both burgers and charged me for 2 meals. Then my sister ordered her meal and just a burger with no cheese because she is lactose intolerant but she kept insisting to put cheese on it and once again added Double meat on both burgers and cheese on both. When it was brought up to the manager she kept denying it. We literally had the receipts to prove her wrong. The manager was quite nice and fixed the problem. She needs to listen more. I'm pretty sure if I yelled 5 o'clock crack give away she'd run straight for the door.
Homeless people everywhere around this location?? Very unsafe place to visit. Very dirty feeling overall ? Drive way is horrible. Typical New Mexico ghetto vibe! Don’t go !
This was my family’s first time at a Whataburger. We were driving in from a trip and we’re so glad we stopped by! The food was good but the service was what really blew us away. Ms. Yoshi was an absolute gem. She was so patient and lovely. Not only was she attentive to everyone in the store, but her team as well. Highly recommend visiting.
Im a truck driver so the lot next door is super convenient i even spent the night there no issues the manager is awesome and very observant ill be back so u can throw my shake away again ????
The staff was very professional, courteous, and friendly. The facility was clean. Good food handling practices. The food was also fresh too. This is the new food joint for me here in Las Cruces. Kudos Whataburger! ????
