Come on, Whataburger, do better!!! Last checked, an apple pie had some sort of yummy filling. The one you guys sold me looked like it had been sitting out for days. Is quality check not a thing anymore?
Saltiest taquitos around! I got two taquitos on my way to work and when I bit into them it seemed like someone had emptied a salt shaker into the food. Disgusting! I LOVE Whataburger but I don’t see myself returning to this location. The young lady working the drive through did a great job though!
I nicknamed Whataburger to whatever burger, it’s literally one of the last places I’ll go where the food is just OK and it’s not terrible. If you go here, make sure you ask the cashier to repeat your order because they tend to get my order wrong Half the time. go here for the burgers, the chicken is just way too rubbery and Chewy also over salty. Customer service is just OK, They’re all youngsters and just learning about the real world.
Placed on online order on the mobile app. They don't allow drive thru pick-up at this location, so you have to do curbside or go in. I arrived at curbside and checked in. My order came out shortly. I checked my order as the location has a tendency to forget items in your order. Everything was good. I arrived home and took everything out of the bag. The Patty Melt was good. The fries were cooked very well and the onion rings were nice and crispy. Other than the occasional screw ups, this is a decent location.
I seriously don’t understand how they keep doing it. I go there, they mess up my order. I think May maybe it’s a one time thing, it’s not. They ALWAYS mess up my order, I can’t even remember the last time they got my order right. If you want Whataburger DO NOT go to this location. It sucks.
I wish I had taken a picture of our order. We ordered two of the double bacon cheese burger meals at this location. Presentation even impressed me. Service was fast, our burgers were made with love and you could taste it. All whataburger locations should taste this good. Unfortunately it’s been a long time for us and we happened to be in this area. I would definitely drive out this far again to enjoy a good burger. Even called Austin the manager to let him know he and his team are doing a wonderful job. I know shift changes can change so if it helps we visited this location around 2pm.
Food generally good, sometimes it's not as fresh or hot when things are really busy like lunchtime but the service is always fast and efficient. It's a bit tricky to get in and out if you're coming from any direction other than west on Potranco but that's beyond their control. Wish WB had better coffee though.

At 130am . I understand it was late but I work late and it’s always like this . They should just close since they don’t have the staff at night.
