A little sketchy location but good food as always. Got the jalapeño burger and fries. Delicious fries. Plenty of jalapeños. Love their ketchup. Place wasn't super clean but it was pretty busy. Prices were normal for the area. Service was friendly and quick. Not sure if I'd go back to this location but I love Whataburger.
Clean place and friendly employees. I didn't have to wait to order, but the restaurant was kept tidy. The only bad thing I'd have to say is my bun was not warm at all, and after receiving my food... they charge for ranch. Seriously? I haven't been to Whataburger in years! I didn't pay cash, and I wasn't going to run my card for ranch. This location is not in a great area as there are a lot of homeless people around, but the restaurant and bathrooms were clean!
The Dr pepper milk shake was an experience! Best shake I ever had.It's not what you put in a milkshake that makes it good but how it taste .It was like it was home made.I Wish they would keep this milkshake forever!
This was me and the Mrs. first time visiting whataburger. We decided to take a trip to see what the hype was and if whataburger was better then in and out burger. The experience was great far as customer service now the food on the other hand was a different story. We waited about 20 minutes for our food which was barely lukewarm. To me in and out tastes wayyyy better however the patty melt in my opinion is better then the whataburger and the whatachicken is ok. The cookie wasn't to good however the brownie tastes great!
It's been a few years since hubby, and I ate at a Whataburger. The last time was in Dallas, TX. We saw a couple of Whataburger businesses while on our recent trip to Phoenix and decided to eat at this one. The burgers were pretty satisfying. The fries were underwhelming. Call us burger snobs, but when your gold standard for fastfood burgers is In 'n Out, you consider the big picture --- taste, value, and service. In this case, the taste of the burgers passed, and our server was helpful, the price was reasonable. The fries, however, were a letdown. So, I would still rate Whataburger burgers below our California icon, In 'n Out. I did appreciate servers offering different sauce options table side.
U order green chile & u Only get a lil so is it worth the price hell no & if u ask for extra grn chile its also hella extra

What in the eff is going on with this Whataburger?? Never have I EVER had anything bad from Whataburger, but this restaurant wins for WORST restaurant in Phoenix.....congratulations!!
We ordered a breakfast sandwich and a Whataburger Jr. We received 2 sandwiches with burnt, and I mean black like tar, buns. The fries were inedible, I think they were made at like 9 PM. The gravy looked like water with floaters, I think they just scooped up water out of the nearest wash and served it. Next time I want to throw away $25, I will go to Talking Stick and stick it in a slot machine.
