The food was great but the service was absolutely horrible! We were travelling through the area and decided to stop here. When we arrived there were a handful of people in the dining area so not busy at all. The lady who took our order wasn't friendly at all and when we went to pay by cash she didn't have enough in register for change. So instead of calling a manager for change, she walked away from register with my money then comes back a few minutes later and asks if I'd gotten my change yet! Finally did get change. Proceeded to sit and wait for food. After someone who came in after us and got their food before us, I went to go check on order. According to employee who took our order, she said our order was accidentally given to another customer so the would remake our order. So after about 30 minutes we finally got our food. Management was lacking in this business! Also most of the tables were dirty and not one person was trying to clean the dining area. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT EAT HERE!
So I work at the one in Central Heights. I wanted to be fair and honest. These guys on North Street though, they work hard. The food is what a burger great. There is plenty of parking. There is a double lane drive to speed your delivery. The staff is full of hard working people who strive to give you the best. Come see em.
Having been to Texas many times, we had never tried Whataburger. We both ordered a meal with a regular burger, and I didn't change any of the toppings. (Hubby asked for the tomatoes yo be left off). Service was okay and they did bring our food to the table.
I thought the burger was tasty enough, although I'm not sure what the buzz is. I do know Texans are proud of their Whataburgers. Will we be back? Well, I am not a fast food burger fan. I would eat here again, but I am not putting Whataburger at the top of my "must do again" list. Sorry Texas.
First upon pulling into the drive thru, the lady at the window was rude and as were are giving our order she yells “ Give Me A minute “ we waited for 5 minutes to complete our order. We pull up and the young lady must have had an issue with the previous car because when we got up there she say “ I don’t know why people feel like they can talk to us any kind of way “ I explained that the food has been prepared horribly and people pay for quality food and we aren’t getting it . That first shift and second shift are much better. She says” Why do you come here? “ there’s no other place open at this time is what we explained. She tells us “not to come back then and to enjoy our food on first shift and closes the window” the manager was there the entire time. They gave us our food which was cold and we were waiting for our drinks . The manager we explained the situation to him, in which he was standing there watching everything unfold. We had to wait for our drinks after we have asked for them four times. It was like the crew was so mad that they refused to give us our drinks.. I had to cuss for my drinks . I have never been so disrespected at a fast food place in this manner in all of my entire life. I hope that action is taken because we pay for good quality food and service and at this location at this time we aren’t getting that. I was so mad that I reported the situation to the corporate office. They looking at us in the window laughing as we are waiting for our drinks. If the restaurant was open I would’ve walked in and made situations worse. But thank god for drive thru.

The Best around. If your hungry and on the road stop in and grab a burger, or a chicken sandwich which are my two favorites. Restaurant is Handicap accessable. Service was friendly.
Stopped here to get a drink and use the restroom. The restroom stunk like urine. The service was friendly. They partner with SFA. At least they support your local community.
The lady that took our order was outstanding, super friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
Food was prepared as requested. All in all a great experience.
