Every time I come here there’s no line and you always have to wait. Even at the speaker just to place your order. What’s the point of fast food if it’s not fast
Had to leave one star. Ordered on a Saturday night and got whatawings..it's supposed to be a 9 count..they gave me 7 (I ate one.) If you're ordering at night..check bag before leaving. Also ordered grilled chicken sandwich. It was cooked too long and waay too dry. (Get rid of night shift cooks) I've been here before and can say they are cooking food wrong.
First time in all the years I've visited this Whataburger in the morning for breakfast. I had to wait in the drive-thru for 40 minutes. That includes waiting to place my order to receive my food. Terrible service today. I hope this improves. I expect slower service at 2 or 3 am, after the club gets out, but morning time. Is unacceptable.

Manager stated that they can’t be at the drive thru. Sign was on and this was unexpected. As I came inside there was a member stretching on the floor and he had to get up and knock on the door for the manager on shift. There is currently 3 other members working.
The employees couldn’t get my order right remade my burger but used the same bun that had cheese when I didn’t want cheese, after they told me the remade it full new bun and sausage I’m very unpleased with the way the treated my service gots to do better
11/17/24 Man I don't know what was going on today but the attitudes were horrible. I stood in a empty lobby with literally no customers and no one took my order. I had to change my smile to a ???? and they still had attitudes. They finally took my order and still didn't start it after waiting. After how we were treated I asked for my money back politely and went elsewhere. Driving to a location elsewhere that had customers in there took less time that a empty lobby at this establishment. The attitudes is what really pissed me off and I'll just continue using the one on Warrington before I come here. Thanks for destroying a special day and wasting my time
Don't let the other reviews fool you. 20 minute waits are typical in the drive-thru too. I've been here multiple times over the last year, and its always the same. Always 20 minute waits. Tonight they told me they were waiting for three strips during the 20 minute wait. I genuinely don't understand how. McDonalds right up the road is half the quality, but they'll get you in and out most the time. There is a Taco Bell, and Popeye's within a mile of this location. Save yourself, go anywhere else.
