No tea today. Last time it was at lunch. Tonight same thing. No tea. I told them. 8 had to come back for another order and they completely removed the tea urns instead of making more tea. Customers enjoy full selections in dining area not in drivethru
Drivethru is closed for pressure washing at this hour. Another reason to have full service tea at dining area alongside carbonated beverages.
This place forgot most of my wife and I's order and only provided three out of the six items we ordered. When I went in to show proof that they forgot most of our order with the receipt, I got looks as if I was lying. When we were finally provided the food that we ordered, the burger they made for my wife was cold and she had to ultimately throw it away. Will never be back as everything about this Whataburger was 1 star.
I paid $47.54 for my order today! When I got our food, it was cold, and the fries were definitely not fresh! I was already on the freeway and had an appointment to get too, therefore, it was an inconvenience for me to go back for food that shouldn't have been cold to begin with! I come here a lot so I figured maybe they'll accommodate me or something. I spoke to the manager Laura and she stated she was going to check the cameras and call me back! Basically made me feel like a liar and a bum trying to get free food! She calls back and states that she checked the cameras and everything looked fresh, came out in time, and the food was hot! How would you know the food is hot? My family and I ate cold food, which I paid $50 for ????! She basically said to screw off and there is nothing I can do for you! Thanks for taking my money. I guess I'm the fool here, great customer service! Go to Chick fila next time, where everything is my pleasure and I'll take care of it right away! ????
Almost every time I come to this location it’s great!!! Tip I’ll always give if your a fry connoisseur as am I, well done, no salt is key!!!! Drive thru less than 5 minutes
It's a great place to eat, I go there on Fridays twice a month and always order the #2 when I'm on lunch at work with a few buddies. We always enjoy a great burger no better place than what a burger ????????
I had not had Whataburger since my initial visit in 2013. Most restaurants are now serving a lesser quality of food. It does not seem to be that way with Whataburger!
I will definitely be visiting a Whataburger soon.
For those late night munchies this Whataburger hits THE SPOT. Yup this is one of those great Whataburger's. The workers get my orders correct. They are nice and attentive. The restaurant is clean.
I loved the service and the food came out very fast. They are very hard working people and they deserve there 5 Stars.
