I was missing several things from my order on my doordash. My cinnamon roll was OLD (it tasted like cardboard) and my chicken strips were like chicken nuggets! And they didn’t give me the fries nor the fruit chews!
I had talked to a manager the next early morning and they said they would remake my meal. I arrive the next day so that they can remake it and another manager goes back and forth with me over making a simple kids meal, and cinnamon roll.
This situation was very easy to handle and fix but instead I got a situation that made me very angry. I had the receipt, and the photos of my food. The managers at this location are RIDICULOUSLY incapable of doing the simplest things. This locations service and food had gone down tremendously. It explains all of the 1 star reviews lately!
Overall, not a bad Whataburger. Kinda shady, especially during later times, but the employees are super nice and the food tastes fine. The bathroom is a little dirty and the food takes a second to come out, but other than that, I have nothing else to say.
Location is in a good a spot. We ordered and it took over 20 minutes to receive our food. Communication should have been better to set expectations.
It was super busy when I was there cos apparently they got a huge order ($$$$) and the wait was longer which I understand. The staff named Hanna was amazing. She was patient and friendly and made sure everyone was attended and got the food. They all tried their best. My order was prepared well. And the place was clean.
I ordered my food through the drive through and was told to pull into the parking spot ahead to wait for it. i did exactly that and waited about 20 minutes for my food before i went inside to see what was happening and the guy says, “i thought you left.” like he couldn’t have turned his head and seen my car exactly where he said to park it or gone outside and looked or just used common sense to think that maybe i didn’t PAY 10 dollars for a mediocre meal just to leave it. then he says that i must have parked around the corner. (i was literally in the spot straight ahead of the drive through) it’s super low effort even for fast food.
Nah whataburger sucks if you come here be prepared to feel like a hostage and wait in line for over 20 minutes. They are not short staffed. I see MORE THAN plenty of people working back there and they still manage to ruin my day by taking so long. Mind you even when there is 3 cars in front of you you’ll be sitting there for at least half an hour.
Absolutely the slowest whataburger in Texas!!!
Even at 3am the staff is slower than a frozen snail!
Good food. Clean dining area. Friendly service. Wait time is not usually long at all. If they came out with Seasoned Curly Fries, Whataburger would do SO MUCH BETTER! Great job!
