Food was nasty. Got the honey bbq chicken sandwich combo. It had such a bad after taste that I've never tasted, so something went bad! Fries were cold, not cooked all the way, and a lot of the fries had green on them ( not good for you google it).
Ordered online for pickup and severally disappointed. Ordered a honey BBQ chicken strip sandwich and a grilled chicken with bacon, both were screwed up. My honey sandwich was put on regular bread, not the texas toast. With my husband's grilled chicken, the bacon wasn't even in the burger???? it escaped into the bag. Like, how?
I can’t decide if the sweet lady that was working at the drive thru window tonight deserves a raise, an all expense paid vacation or a new car. Literally the sweetest and nicest person I met this week. Best Whataburger experience ever!
Ordered at 10:39 am, got it at 10:58 am. Fries were cold, taquito was the smallest I have seen yet. My fault for not saying anything, but I didn't have another 19 minutes to wait. Will not eat there again.
The girl that brought out our food took the extra steps to go and get extra ketchup for my husband. She was pleasant courteous and helpful are food was fresh and hot and tasty
Came in late from out of town everything else was closed. Ordered. Waited a long time and our ticket got lost but they made it right for us. Love this store
Any time I’ve ordered from here the store is so unhelpful. They don’t do anything to rectify the issue, just to use the app which is the Whataburger app and the app only gives an email option, which defeats the whole purpose of getting food delivered/getting the issue fixed in the moment. This has happened multiple times.
Horrible location! Unorganized. Out of coffee. Out of biscuits. Out of genuine customer service. This location needs to close its doors. Poor quality food. Dirty store. Don't eat here! Ever since Chicago purchased WB it's gone downhill. This location is the prime example of how NOT to do business. Refunded and left. Gross!
