My son and I ordered a curbside meal, no one came out so my son ran in. Door was locked, they told us to use drive thru-They were short staffed so they closed the lobby. Remember my food was already paid for. I physically walked up to window to just get our meal. Nope and the manager was terrible about it. Yelled out the customer service number. I called and told them what happened. The manager contacted me once. I never got my food or my 18 dollars back. I will not go back To somewhere that can treat customers like that. I also don't have money to give away. We never got dinner that night. Yes I'm still upset about this! Whataburger really messed up and did not follow through with offers of money back and or a refund!!

Now that that's out of the way and we're all on the same page, on to the main course, the review.
This location has come a long way since it opened. They get orders out in a timely fashion now and orders even come out right!
They are morphing into the well-oiled machine that the Cedar Park location currently is and it just delights me because...
I FREAKIN' LOVE WHATABURGER!

This location is also close to Chateau Simmons so it's super convenient to pop in on Saturdays for lunch while out on my weekend adventures... erm... errands I mean.
I really dig their Whataburgers with cheese, some extra onions, and hold the pickles. You are of course free to order you burger any way you like, but mine is pure heaven on earth. The fries are quite awesome too and I love that the drink dispensers are out on the restaurant floor and available for immediate and frequent refills.
And yumm yumm yumm that Whatachicken!
So to sum up...
I FREAKIN' LOVE WHATABURGER!
Go in sometime and maybe you will too some day.

The picture says it all. Ordered 3 Buffalo Ranch chicken sandwiches and I’ve never received such pitiful food. Spent $40, when I thought I was going the economical route by choosing whataburger. Support local!! The Boss Cheesesteak has an amazing buffalo chicken sandwich and I should’ve given them my money instead, and more. Dear Whataburger, you have brought shame to my Texan spirit.
Food is great, but this location always takes forever. It's the slowest Whataburger I've ever been to. That alone isn't worth one star, but my experience today was absolutely unacceptable. I got into the lobby and gave them my name. I was told they would call my name when the order was ready. After 20 minutes they came to ask me what name my order was under again and I repeated it to them. 10 more minutes pass, they find my order sitting with the grub hub / door dash food. It has been sitting there for at least 20 minutes. I watched them place it there, without calling my name or even attempting to find who the order belonged to. 30 minutes of waiting, 20 minutes of which I was STARING AT MY OWN ORDER THAT THEY HAD PLACED IN THE WRONG AREA. No apologies, no offer for a refund. Nothing. I'm done with Whataburger. My fries are cold.
BEWARE OF HAIR IN YOUR FOOD!!!
I would highly consider looking at your food before eating it. Unfortunately, I found a hair in my breakfast taquito. The hair in question was cooked into the eggs. (I could pick the eggs up by the hair) I doubt I'll be returning to this location. Whataburger, please do better.
Whataburger offers an outstanding dining experience that any fast food lover would appreciate. The food is simply phenomenal, deserving of a full 5 stars. Their burgers are incredibly flavorful, with fresh, high-quality ingredients that make each bite a delight. The fries are crispy, and their variety of dipping sauces the service asks can add an extra layer of enjoyment to the meal. The milkshakes are too delicious, rounding off the meal wonderfully. The service, while good, falls just short of perfect. The staff is friendly and are attentive, but there are occasional minor delays during peak times The atmosphere is impressive. The restaurant is clean, well-lit, and has a welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay and enjoy your meal. The décor is a charming blend of classic and modern, creating a pleasant environment for dining.
Overall experience at Whataburger is fantastic. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-notch fast food with a great atmosphere!
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, CHANGE YOUR FRYER GREASE!!! I ordered fries and not only were they clearly hours old, they tasted like onion rings, chicken and fish and were a nasty copper color. They should be the same color coming out of the fryer as they were going in. They were completely inedible. I wish I could say this was a one time occurrence but it's literally every time and they only get more and more disgusting.

The staff were completely clueless and had to go ask the manager each time we asked a question. We are foreigners and it was our first time at the takeaway. We eventually left after 30 minutes of confusion between the staff and manager about the vouchers we were given to try their burgers. Voucher was just given to us and was valid, but they insisted that it was not even after showing her the expiration date was in the future. We handed the vouchers back and went elsewhere. Couldn’t continue dealing with these people. I would not even try another branch after this experience. Life’s too short
