Service was poor as we went and had 3 separate orders. The first 2 orders came out timely. The third order took a while to come out where the first 2 of us had finished eating. After 3rd got food, we talked to the manager. Stephanie came over, and we had told her about wait. She unsincerely said sorry.
These folks burnt the toast on my sandwich. I don't have time to take it back otherwise I would. I am at work now and hungry. The place was empty so there is no justifiable reason for serving a customer burnt toast. Look at the picture. The proof is there.
I don't get their reason behind their actions but it's intentional. For some reason everytime my Wife orders food here and I come to pick it up the length of the wait gets longer and longer. Mind you I stay only 5 min from here.
I arrived right before 8pm(7:59pm) and checked the arrived around 8:04pm the short dark skinned girl comes out with our two drinks and states that they're still working on your food. I wait 10 min and start taking pictures for my review because the service is just terrible. Every time I come here the wait is longer and longer, busy or not.
Around 8:23pm I go in and ask for a refund because I'm tired of waiting. The short light skin girl with what looked like short hair says that she doesn't know how to do returns. She then says that she will have to ask her manager, walks back for like a second. Not even out of my sight she puts the phone to her head and starts to pretend to be on the phone with the manager and says "she says you'll have to do the return on the app then you'll get your money back". This is beyond comical, the nerve of people. I held back from how ridiculous this situation was and said OK. Walked outside to get myself together and walked back inside. I asked that same girl, "can you check to see if that order is mine?". They had just finished LAUGHING, she asked me what is the name on the order. I said Ariel and received the bag. So now it's 8:28pm and the order is COLD and the burger for my Wife is completely wrong.
When I got home my Wife called up there. That same girl who lied about the manager answered the phone and non shalantly stated "OK, well when you do come bring the receipt"
Worst Whataburger experience ever. Mind you this is a time where they aren't busy at all, but still went out of there way to treat someone the worst they can while maintaining a job they don't deserve. Find better workers, hopefully someone who understands the privilege.
I we won't come back. We just want our $27 back ???? I went to the corporate website and reported this location as well. They really just need a new staff or replace them with robots already. Smh
I had the new flaming burger, that was delicious. It was so big I didn't need any sides to go with it. I've never been to Whataburger and heard a lot about it so I thought I would try it. The place was similar to other fast food restaurants, with one big difference. The bugers were bigger and more flavorful.
Well, I have gone back to this location after giving a poor review. I like whataburger, just not this location. I have begun ordering through the app and then doing a park and pick up for my order. That works better for me because I don't have contact with some of the lowlifes that go in there. It can be a bit daunting for a senior lady like me. Perhaps I'm the only one. So today I ordered through the app to orders of the wings, which I really like, and ordered them plain with a side sauce of the Tabasco kind and a side sauce of ranch dressing kind. When I got home I looked at my order and there was an order of plain, which by the way are pretty tasteless, and another order of plain but they had dumped it looked like half of a little container of sauce on top of that order. The sauce didn't even cover all of the wings. I had ordered one ranch sauce and one hot sauce along with 2 plain orders of the wings. Now I have no hot sauce to put on my other order. I thought I would like them plain because I can make them as hot as I want if they'll give me the Tabasco hot sauce in a little container. Anyway, a lesson to the wise, make sure you put something like that maybe in the notes. I'm not sure how to manage that but next time I'll probably order through the window maybe or pick up through the window so I can check and tell them that I need another sauce. I do want to get the points by app ordering!
The onion ring weren’t fresh and taste like they been sitting out for a minute. The chicken boneless chicken wasn’t fresh either the meat was stringy.
Not a good experience this time . the meat was cold and the bun was barely warm .
I expected a hot fresh burger very disappointed I have only been to this location a few times in the Last 35 years of living in Dallas but similar experience had kept me from coming here for whataburger craving
great food. Drive through speaker needs work. they couldn't hear my order. Had to keep repeating it. Got it perfectly correct though, despite the issues.
