When I’ve come to this location, it’s usually after an evening event. As with the previous times, I’ve had yet another good experience. The restaurant is clean, the staff is attentive, and the food is exactly as you order it. Tonight, I’d like to highlight Arturo for his exceptional service and hospitality. The night crew here as a whole deserve their flowers, and I wanted to give it to them in the form of 5 stars tonight. Thank y’all again!
So I went threw the drive threw this morning and ordered a single cup of coffee. It had to be the longest wait I ever had to wait for 1 single cup of coffee. I asked for a regular size coffee, 5 splenders and 3 French vanilla creams. I had to wait behind a car that was in front of me for about a min which was not a problem. When I got to the window I waited for about 45 sec before someone came to it. He took my payment, handed me a receipt and say give me a min. Came back with the coffee, no cream no sweetener, walked off to look for sweetener. He then returned only to pull the sweetener from under the window, I asked for the cream, and you guessed it , he had to go get it as well. So I sat there even longer. Noticed a different guy with the creamer and I had to say sir can you give me that creamer. I also said yall are gonna make me late to work for 1 cup of coffee. And after all that guess what? COFFEE IS COLDER THEN STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN'S BEER and not fresh.

Belov average quality fir a fast food burger. Price as what they are. But not a place I come again.
Quick but that's what to say about it.
We have a few whataburgers here in Colorado. They're in Colorado springs, They just don't taste the same whenever. I'm in Texas visiting family in Houston. I will always stop at a Whataburger. Their food is just amazing for fast food. So much better than out and in Burger. Yes I know it's backwards. I don't care
Very friendly customer service. The restaurant is kept very clean. The burger was made exceptionally well. I asked for extra lettuce and it really added to the fluffiness of this very juicy, delicious burger. Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant and friendly. I came as a service provider and left us a very pleased customer. ????????????
I'm sitting here in the restaurant writing a review! I very rarely write one. Today is December 8th 2024 at 11:00 a. The service was sooooo good. The manager on duty is running a tight and very polite ship. Our food was delicious and hot! Very impressed!
I have been to some less than savory Whataburgers, so I am not going to make a blanket statement like you could with a Buccee's restroom, but this one was top tier cleanliness. Ordering was super simple and can be done via app or at the counter. The staff was super friendly and quick.
You may think it is just another burger place, so what? We'll I would encourage you to go inside and find out how wrong you are. Quality ingredients, top tier service, and great environment add up to the best dang burger place I have ever been. Can you find finer food? Sure, but you will pay way more for it and likely need some finer clothes to get a table. Just like grandma's house, everyone is welcome, but if you dress like you are headed to Walmart after 11 p.m., you will probably get some looks. Whataburger treats you like family and greats you with a smile.
Hungry? My go-to is a patty melt meal with onion rings... ... ... sorry, I had to wipe the drool away. I have tried most of the menu and there really isn't a bad choice. There is so much variety and customization options you can have almost anything.
I never write bad reviews because I understand a rush, and working fast food, but there is no rush. I ordered online, let them know I have an online order, and dining in, then the cashier walked off without saying a word. I waited 30 mins and watched 9 people get served before me, that were walk in orders. Then I got my food. It was cold, and they forgot items. Like I said. I normally don't write bad reviews, but this happened to me twice at the same times of 10pm, but it's the only time I'm near Whataburger and my home. I love Whataburger. I guess I'll have to travel further to get better service, but it's sad I can't get good service at my neighborhood Whataburger.
