The service sucks, of course, cause it's all drive through. I don't like getting off f fast food restaurants. They didn't give me no ketchup, no pecan and sauce, no napkins, or a straw. But the food is great
This is the best place to get your burger fix…..this place still tastes like it used to…..nowadays at the new locations something is off doesn’t taste the same….that’s why this place is always packed…..when you got your manager working the fryer you know you’re packed……long wait maybe but it’s worth it to get a burger with the flavor it’s supposed to have……Don’t change anything we the true burger lovers don’t mind waiting for a delicious burger…..keep up the good work….
Went there yesterday around 1:30am and today when I woke up at 12:00pm I have felt extremely sick with the symptoms of food poisoning. It’s the only thing I ate yesterday so I knows its from here and will not be stopping by this location ever again. Hopefully they can begin washing their hands frequently.
All this nonsense about selling brownies for a competition n yall forget my brownie... REALLY??!?!?!!! C'mon, now, get it together people!!! I know it's just a brownie that I don't really need but it's the principal of it. You want me to help you but you can't put out?!!! That's not exactly fair imho... I'll let this one slide, but best believe I'ma hold up the line from now on to double check my order before I drive off.
(Hot) Coffee was ice cold then they get my order wrong. Changed my drink to coke dump it out because it’s flat. Then I get a Dr Pepper which was also flat. Won’t be back. El Paso has bad service but this place is close to the top of the list.
Waited 15 min after my order was already paid for, fries were burnt, dry, and cold. i called twice to complaint to see if anything could be done. But no one answered.
This location sucks at night crazy hot they ask you if you want spicy or regular ketchup and still wont put either in the bag horrible service
Bryan at this location forgot our wings in our drug thru order .when we got home we realized and we called him. This is what he said and I quote “ yeah they’re right here come pick them up. WTH seriously
