Whataburger surprised me! 36 years ago I had my first Whataburger. I helped my family move to Houston from Kansas. The kitchen was not finished so we had Whataburger for nearly 2 weeks. Just for fun I introduced my family to it and it wowed us. Fresh, hot, delicious and easy of the budget.
It was Halloween night so it was very busy. The staff was nice and our order was perfect. It was a small wait considering how many people were there. Definitely worth 5 stars!
Fries always so fresh and hot! We love Whataburger. The staff is so polite too, not at all what you'd expect from a bunch of high schoolers. They apologized for something we didn't quite understand tonight? But after thinking my husband and I think we figured it out. I called out my name for the order after my husband had been ordering our food, as he was in the middle of saying something to me when the question was asked and he is just a one track mind kind of guy. Instead of telling him what they said and waiting for him to register it and then answer them, I just called my name out real quick and done. But I suppose I sounded jealous or something over him being called "honey". Anyways, do not worry at all. You guys are fine and doing a great job. This is the south and we call each other baby and honey and all that. It was nice of you to confront me at the window and apologize though, very mature.
Being a Vidor Resident for over a decade, the accuracy of the employees taking orders has declined significantly in recent years. Today on October 13 was by far the worst. I told them a Breakfast burrito meal and they failed to even give me a meal. I had quite a decent size order, a total of 35 dollars. The most worrying part is I went to tell them that I had a problem with my order and hearing one of the employees behind the window employee saying uh oh.
This is not the first time I heard them speak aloud negatively about customers. If I was whataburger HR I would have a team meeting and refinement in this store.
Why is it such a big deal to scan my QR code for rewards? Make the app easier to use or have some more patience. Their face when I show my QR code immediately drops and the look so miserable to go through a simple task
I give one star cause I can't give lower awful experience with the GM Olgur yelling and telling a special needs employee that he is to slow and shouldn't be working there if that's how she treats a special needs person wonder how she treats the rest NEVER going back to Vidor whataburger
Hi me again peeps, place is ok cold ac. Clean staff are nice , getting your order is a bit slow , if your life is always in fast lane like mine then hope you checked my reviews to be to prepare for it , you might have to jump in hammer lane and gas on it when your done . I'm gone peeps
Sitting in the lobby currently at 1am on nov 16 2024 and the staff is complaining about all orders LOUDLY to where all customers can hear. I’m sorry I ordered 6 biscuits but it was y’all’s only order. Ridiculous. Whoever is on grill doesn’t need to be employed.
