Super bummed I had to wait almost a half hour to not get my burger…. I used to live in Tx so was super excited to get a taste of home and didn’t get one. I got ketchup waiting for my food that sadly is likely getting soggy and wondering when it was going to be enjoyed… alas my poor little beefy friend… my stomach sits empty and my heart broken. ???? won’t be stopping here to waste money again. I’ll just go to the lounge. At least I’ll get fed for sure.
I ordered a double wataburger… it took them a whole 27 minutes to give it to me. Don’t eat here unless you got time to spare… sound like they where back there having a good time tho, but I’m glad there happy. And I asked for no tomatoes but they couldn’t figure that out in the 27 minutes they had to be back there playing with each other. Bless their hearts.
Got this a while ago during our international flight transit. It honestly did not leave a strong impression, but it was not too bad either. The onion rings were hot and great though!
Food is decent. Orsers are pretty slow coming out. A lot of things needed to be cleaned or restocked. Prices on screen are different than what rings up. They refunded me, but you should check your receipt.
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no mayo, what I got what a grilled chicken sandwich with mayo. I took it back to the lady taking orders and said that it wasn’t my sandwich, she said she would take care of it, a guy came out from the kitchen told me that’s what I ordered, I said it isn’t that why I brought it back. He when back with attitude and made my sandwich. When I got back to my gate I tried to eat it and took the pictures that I posted. It (chicken) was paper thin and was almost had a burnt taste. I will never eat at that location again. ( I’m there about 6 times a month)
Walked all the way to Terminal E on a short layover to get the burger and they put the wrong burger in the bag. Insane
Always a must have at least twice on my yearly trip to see my Dallas Cowboys. Burgers are huge and taste amazing, fries have always been fresh and are perfect with the spicy ketchup. Also they had this amazing banana pudding shake although I don't know if it's a regular menu item.
Waited around 30 minutes for our order. Asked the cashier why our order is taking so long. She said, they are wrapping it. 12 minutes later no order. Asked someone else they checked and her response was, they are wrapping the order now. Still no order Asked a 3rd person he said they forgot and they made our order with no apologies.
