We tried this place because we were visiting Tucson, AZ and we don’t have these restaurants where we live.
Service was very good and the restaurant was very clean and comfortable but the burgers I didn’t think were that good. They were served hot and were reasonably priced. We waited awhile for our order but not too long. I thought that they tasted dry and not much to them. Fries were fresh and good. I am glad I gave this place a try but I will not be coming back.
Food was alright …they forgot to give me a meal I paid for but were quick to fix it. They didn’t fill the fries up too much and they gave me buffalo wings instead of barbecue. There also wasn’t much sauce on the wings either. But they did remember to give us ketchup which was great.
The service is always great a Whataburger, friendly, patient all with a smile and great attitude.
Make sure you get the burger with the 4in brioche inside of the 5 in regular bun. I like their burgers because they don't have mayo on the burgers ( at least the main ones). Add a little ketchup and you have one great tasting burger.
This is a newer whataburger but food they prepare is terrible patties on burgers are old and burnt not even fresh or hot, today I got the #13 which came with 4 tiny onion rings and the rest were pieces that were totally burnt. It tastes like they cook with old oil. Such a waste of money I will never return and suggest to anyone that you do not come here to eat it's not worth the price and tastes horrible. What burger used to be a wonderful place to eat but the workers don't care about quality anymore!!!????
I came in this evening for dinner, and the wait was busy. I was expecting this as dinner rush is typical for a Monday.
I was given a apple pie and chocolate cookie—even though I didn't order these items. I appreciate the staff acknowledging my patience.

I really like the food here. I love their fries. And everyone that works here is terrific. My only feedback is that when I order ahead on the app, it seems like my order is never ready even though i go after my designated pick up time. But it never takes long to get it together.
Young lady by the name of Viviana was RUNNING this place on a busy Friday night, and all with a very patient and pleasant attitude. The place was swamped and we could see her moving through all stations. The place was dirty and there was a wait...it was understandable for being rush hour. We were pleased with our meal.
I don't know what is with this place. Every time I come here it's a long wait for no reason and the food is either cold or bland and the fries taste like cardboard and they always forget the ketchup. The other Whataburgers are way better and take pride in what they do.
