Best WLM Reviews
This location is the best is a great representation of the brand. Super clean from a food service inspection point of view. Stainless was Shiney. Everyone I clean uniforms managers providing leadership to the crew. Of course the burger was well executed.
You need to go here.
I go to Whataburger every single day to get breakfast this is by far the worst Whataburger I have ever been to The drive-thru kids don't listen everything is always dry or the bacon's not cooked all the way or the bacon's been sitting out for too long! I asked for four grape jellies because I have a problem swallowing they refuse to give me four grape jellies do y'all really think it's coming out of y'all's pocket or that y'all are going to have a jelly shortage are you freaking serious!
I went at 1pm for lunch. It was still busy, but the wait was only 2 minutes. Service was great! Food was fresh. I had the chili cheese burger and it was the best chili cheese burger I have ever had! Delicious chili and crisp fritos on the burger! I had to get some to take home for lunch the rest of the week! The white chocolate Raspberry shake was really tasty as well!
It's whataburger..... the food isn't terrible. The wait times kill it. Sometimes there'll be three people in the drive thru and I'll be there for 30 minutes. I just wish the people at least pretended to care more about their jobs. But if you do go, Bacon B.O.B. on brioche bun or avocado bacon cheeseburger add jalapeños are definitely winners.
We enjoyed everything. Nice staff and fast service. Great flavors. Our breakfast was yummy.
This was a great experience! The drive thru worker at around 11:30 on 10/11 was the nicest person EVER! He gave us extra sauce and had the best energy too! Definitely will be going back
Love the app coupons - I order each time they offer free items in app. If you want to save and get free fries and onion rings from time to time. Download the app and order. Great service here never have an issue at this Whataburger except the app once and I contacted customer support and it was fixed quick.
This location is hit and miss it’s honestly hard to give it more chances. Typically the food is rarely ever hot/fresh and I only live about 8 minutes away. Usually there is something wrong with the order or things are missing even when its read back correctly to me two or even three times. They are so stingy with the spicy ketchup, I’m lucky to get three on a good day. I’ve just started asking for specific amounts. Could depend on time of day but staff is so so, some kind and helpful people others who literally could not care less. And lastly, this in particular drives me up the wall. If you hand someone a soda, for the love of god wipe the cup down first. They will hand you a cup just drenched in soda on the outside like everything is peachy.
It’s the only location near us so sometimes we just roll the dice but I just wish there was more consistency. The WB in Edmond on Broadway is the gold standard and this location should take some notes.
