All you hear about is how great Whataburger is. But this is not a burger! It’s trash with heavy sauce on top of it. How dare you provide this to paying customers!!! Save your time and go to a place who cares about their delivery! I would give them an easy Zero if I was able too
Best service at a Whataburger for miles! The wait time is fairly long, but no issue at all (11pm on a weeknight). Unfortunately, after waiting 20 minutes the fries were not hot. Long line of people ordering to go and fresh fries aren't being served. Other than that great spot to go to for late night cravings!
We went through the drive thru tonight and there were some issues with our order. Staff worked quickly to get it fixed and made sure we were taken care of and happy when we left. Thanks for the great service!!!
So I guess squirting chemicals all over each other and the area where there is food is the way we do things? Not to mention my Frys being put in my bag upside down… after reading more reviews it seems to me that the entire night crew is completely trash, how unprofessional… this is absolutely ridiculous, and the fact that this happening while people were waiting in line inside and the drive through. Used Blue gloves on the tables and trash out throughout the establishment. This all was happening at and around 2:40am 09/27. These children need to be fired. People complain about not making enough in food service, yet this is why they don’t, prime example.
Last few times I have come the wait is far too long. I’ll order on the app and it will say it supposed to be ready in 6 min. I’ll arrive 15 min later giving them extra time. I’ll still have to wait 10-15min. I work in fast food and seems that people are just not in their roles or acting as a team. It appears that the workers are looking for someone else to help the guest.
Don’t go! The absolute slowest service ever. We went 1 hour before a softball game and only had 10 mins to eat.
This is not just at this location. I will not be back.
How has every fast food chain figured out efficiency but this chain?
Messy prep table. No wrapper being used between bun and prep table. We came in with a party of five, spent money on combos and dessert on all five. A party of eight came in after our order was paid for. We waited 20 min before someone finally asked “you haven’t gotten your food yet?”. The party of 8 got served before we did. It was later apparent that the cook was friends with the larger party. When we did get our food, the burgers were cold; the cheese wasn’t even melted on the patty — this is how cold they were. Fries all on the tray outside of their respective cup/sleeve.
It’s a shame there were only two people in the dining room when we arrived, only to receive such shitty food and service. We were actually on our way in to Dallas (45 min drive from prosper) to a dive in Dallas but last minute made a U-turn for this. We should have listened to our gut!
Please do not visit this Whataburger location. Trust me, even if you are seriously craving Whataburger, it is not worth the heightened stress levels. It is truly a miserable experience. As others have said, the problem is the drive thru, which took us nearly 25 minutes just to reach the window after ordering. People in line were clearly agitated and trying to find ways to escape the hell. I have no idea what the problem was, but the system they have simply does not work. Wrong orders, slow service, or incompetent people, probably all three. Two lanes, neither lane effectively getting their food within any reasonable amount of time. By the time we reached the window, we received our two Sprites, both of which were essentially just sparkling water because they ran out of syrup and didn't notice. After getting drinks, another 10 minutes before any food was given to us. Cold, of course.
