Nostalgic atmosphere. The drive-in booths have remained the same since the 50s. The food prices are reasonable. We tried the grilled chicken sandwich, fish sandwich, fries and onion rings. The chicken was fresh and the fish sandwich was also tasty. Fries are a little bland but they provide salt packets and ketchup. Would recommend.
Great establishment, can't stay away from it. This What-A-Burger feels like home, and is right down the road from mine.
The employees are nice, the food always comes out hot, and the service is great.
They have a wide selection of things to choose from, the chicken fries and their house made ranch are my suggestion.
Nice people, good burgers and you’ve got try the cherry lemon SunDrop and “the witch doctor.”
If want some good old American fast food, it's worth a stop. It's 60 years old this year and is still one of the most popular places in town. The burgers are okay, but their Barbeque is surprisingly good and they certainly know how to cook a crispy French Fry.
My favorite drive in spot! Hubby and I love date nights in the car since the pandemic. No distractions and great company. Service is amazing! Food is so good and reasonably priced!
It took me back to the 90s when I took my highschool sweethart here after the big game. I remember driving up, parking, ordering and having the food come up the our car window. We would spend a moment to ourselves enjoying the food and each others company. ???? . The food here hasnt changed and that's just the way I like it.
Don't be put off by the looks (inside or outside). You won't find a better meal at this price anywhere. Top-notch classic burgers and food. The double cheeseburger with bacon was my go-to for both of my visits.
I used to love whataburger but now it just feels rundown, The burgers which used to be really good are mediocre... They are oddly both dry and greasy,, There is an odd taste like the grease is old in the fryers in the tater tots... And they had no soft drinks.
But it seems like the last 2 times prior that I've been here. There's always been some type of issue.
I wish wattaburger would pull it back around Because we used to enjoy it, But until some stuff changes i'm not sure we'll be back.
