Had to switch my care from this office after having REPEATED issues with the front desk, I tried to give this place multiple chances but each time I'm just left more stressed and frustrated than before. The front desk is not very good at their job, I've had my appointment canceled on me 10 minutes before my appointment time as I'm literally pulling into the parking lot. Had my appointment canceled on me the day before the scheduled date after being made more than 3 weeks in advance; because of this my husband could not be at our baby's first ultrasound. I was told I could do a walk in for blood work but they neglected to tell me the office closes at 12PM, once again resulting in me driving all the way there to see a closed office. All of this could have been avoided and instead caused so much unnecessary stress while already having a high risk pregnancy. They offer no apologies or any empathy, and it's practically impossible to get through to anyone on the phone. Please save yourself the stress and find an office that cares for their patients and not just their payment.
This review is regarding Julia Sung. She is absolutely the best. And I make sure I always schedule my appointments with her. She makes me feel so comfortable, she takes time to actually get to know her patients and she does not treat you as a number. When I have a none emergent need, I can send her a message through the app, and you can be sure she will answer and address the issue. I love her! Anybody leaving a bad review about this location obviously never met Julia. She would make you switch your 1 star review to a 5 star one.

I do not typically write negative reviews about doctors that I like, but this is personal.
I had a court date in another state. After said court date, my daughter caught covid, making it difficult to return sooner than anticipated. Finch dismissed me from care, making it now I can't go see another obgyn within the network. Boohoo. I call them and explain my situation, and they told me if I couldn't find anyone else, they'd take me back.
That time rolled. I couldn't find another ob that would take be 36wks pregnant. I couldn't even go to the walk in whasn had, due to being dismissed. Hence her promising she'd take me back, that didn't happen. I ended up going to Centennial Hills Hospital and had an emergency c section. Severe pre e, anemia, it was just terrible. I never knew I had any of this, until I gave birth.
So thanks, Finch. You're real professional.
Previously gave my nurse and doctor 5 star review however it’s a shame they work at this clinic. The policies at this clinic make it okay for them to drop your care if you have any balance even if you’re paying it off. For example I had a baby 4 months ago and found out I was pregnant again but couldn’t receive care or make any appointments with my obgyn that just delivered because I have a balance I’m paying and plan to pay in full in a few months. If I wasn’t making any payments I could understand maybe but I still think it’s completely negligent to just drop a pregnant patient that’s high risk because they’re paying a balance. Insane to me and anyone I talk to. Won’t be going back sadly even though the doctors were great.
Terrible prenatal care they are not synched between dr’s and reception. One dumber than the other. I specifically asked to have the right ultrasound scan for my 22 week appt I arrive and all they do is check my weight heart rate and baby heartbeat .
Julia sung is the best. I couldn't have been more blessed to find such an amazing provider. She's so understanding and listens to everything, including details. She knows her patients through and through, and she remembers everything doesn't matter how long ago u told her. I've been seeing her for 10 years now, and if she moves locations, I move locations. I moved out of state and traveled back just to see her. I 100% 10/10 would recommend her. She's amazing!
I’ve been seeing Julia Sung since 2018! She is hands down one of the best Obgyn’s in Las Vegas .. she is so thorough , kind & informative .. I met her at the Rose location initially and she’s been my only OB ever since . I’m only switching when she retires! YOU ROCK JULIAAA !!
Awful!!!! I walked into their womens urgent care with a pretty serious female issue. They said they would refer me to a specialist and it's been 2 months and nothing, no referral, no phone calls, no returned calls from messages I've left, nothing at all.. I call weekly and all they say is someone will call me back and no one ever calls. Went to my follow up appt and the doctor wouldn't even come in the room to talk to me. She should not be practicing medicine. She sent someone in to the exam room to tell me she's still working on the referral.( sorry, it doesn't take 2 months to do a referral) PLEASE FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR BABY!
