Amy Rosenbaum is one of the rare doctors I've met who genuinely cares about her patients. I've been going to her for a few years now and she is a true gem.
This office location was organized and had nice staff. Not too long of a wait before I was seen.
My appointment was scheduled a month and a half in advance, I show up for it, and they told me it was canceled by the office. I pulled up their phone number on my phone to see the only call for that number was an outgoing one where I made the appointment. When asked what they were going to do about it, they said they didn't have any appointments available that day. When asked about who called and when to cancel my appointment, I was met with "I don't know." While I was there, they were also running super late and people were complaining about the wait times. Seems like they like to overbook and font value people's time.
I’ll be honest we had high hopes for this office but it’s been kind of a let down. It’s very clinic-ish. Usually you’ll wait about an hour past your appointment time to see anyone. I understand if this happened occasionally, but it’s been pretty consistent with us. Staff isn’t the most friendly. When we did see the doctor, he just didn’t seem very warm, just very factual. He also gave us conflicting information to our high risk so that was confusing for us. We did meet Dr. Wong once, she seemed nice and informative but we are understanding that she is not always available with deliveries. I’ve called this office twice. I stay on hold for 15 minutes then it just hangs up. We started going to a high risk and the difference was truly night and day. I’m not sure if this is a location based experience or for all of WASN.
I absolutely love this place! I love it more so for my wife. They are the best OBGYN doctors that you can find. In particular, my wife sees Doctor John Kelley. My wife has dealt with him for many years ever since she had her first born child. No other doctor in this field has ever made her feel so comfortable. Not only is he very detailed and good at what he does, he is also very nice and very caring as well. Thank you for making my wife feel so comfortable here! She will never go anywhere else.
I had a hard time getting an appointment so I decided to text the number listed online under the address and Dr I needed. The text response was super quick and efficient. Autumn who helped me, provided exactly what I needed with options. She was quick to get back to me and was extremely helpful. I was uneasy about the efficiency of texting and was very stressed but she literally came to the rescue. What a wonderful employee with a caring sense of urgency! ????????
Dr. John Kelley is a very knowledgeable, respectful, and kind physician. I've normally opted for women gynecologists in the past, but I'm so glad I decided on him when looking for a gynecologist the last time. I have been able to trust his advice and judgment for about four years now. I hope to work with him as part of my overall health maintenance team for many years to come.
I had a surgery consult with Dr Kushner recently and I was very pleased with the experience. She was very thorough and ordered additional testing to make sure that we proceed with the appropriate surgery. She promptly placed the orders with the appropriate people and I really felt like she cared about getting me in as soon as possible. It feels nice to have a doctor take the time to listen and I feel good about her being my surgeon. Also, She was very straightforward which I appreciate in a doctor.
I love WHASN but this particular location I do not like. It’s always packed and your never seen on time. Today 11-22-24 i had the worst experience from the way they booked 3 of my appointments all in one day back to back and then allowing a student to attempt to do my swab without asking me was it ok. She was rough and I immediately told her absolutely not get the dr. I was already in pain because my pelvis feels like it’s gonna rip in two. Then for dr tomatis to come in and down play my pain and talk at me is a no go. Worst visit ever. I walked tf out. But it’s not all bad in my opinion the best location is the central location and the best drs the ones I favor and they actually listen to your concerns and come up with solutions are dr grolle and dr Rosenbaum I absolutely love them both.
