Worst place ever! Do not come here… the medical assistants are rude and will sit in front of you just chit chatting and completely ignore your needs. I came here for my first prenatal checkup and was told I would get an ultrasound, got there and MA stated no there is no one here for that… okay, still proceeded to go alomg with the visit. Next another MA came in the room and just told me “pants down” i asked what tests they would do since no one told me anything about anything. She stated oh it’s your first time… walked out and another MA came in stating I had already seen the doctor before and wasn’t my first time. It was my first visit in prenatal checkup, it was my first time seeing that doctor. Poor communication starting from call center, front desk, MA, and office administrator. Everyone was terrible. I would expect better treatment for someone that’s pregnant wanting a good care for her baby..just awful..will not be coming back there.
If I could give them a zero stars, I would! I scheduled my first appointment for my Pap smear with this place and sad to say I will not be following up with my appointment. The staff is rude and unprofessional. How does WHASN Call them self, providing quality healthcare to women when they treat their patients really bad.
Physician and staff were rude! Diagnosing me before even stepping into the room. I could hear her conversation with the medical assistant outside the door. I refused to return to this clinic. Even scheduled me for additional appointments when I clearly told them I wouldn’t return.
I had a great experience today in this place . Check in was fast , my appointment was on time , all the nurses very nice and polite , Dr.Lane very kind . 5 stars
I’ve been coming here for 8 years and I was NEVER told about the kid politics. I didn’t know you had to inform them that you are bringing your child with you, if you don’t tell them, they turn you away. I drove all the way from Summerlin just for them to tell me they can not take me in. So annoying
I find it very unfair when I come to the doctors office and see other parents with their children here in the lobby waiting while when I had to bring my children with me I was asked to basically have them kicked out of the doctors office for waiting for me. Mind you I had my boyfriend with me to watch my kids in the lobby but was still asked to have my kids to leave but others can have their kids here in the office. Very unfair.
I really love my doctor ginger lane. She is amazing n very helpful . My favorite obgyn I've ever had. Just very respectful
Dr. glassman delivered my baby and i will say this, he did a great job DELIVERING my baby but the past 9 months with him and his staff were miserable. i hated going to my appointments but i didnt want to switch drs almost half way into my pregnancy. they staff was very rude and he is just a creepy dr. makes very strange comment. the worst part truly was my labor expierence and postpartum. i was in so much pain and my epidural wasnt working yet and he tried to check my cervix even tho they had just checked it not even 30 mins prior and it was an excruciating pain wheb they did so i told him no and he got upset and tried to force my legs open and then took his gloves off and just walked out the door. a nurse came back in to let me know the dr had left the hospital and wouldnt be returning for awhile. i didnt see him until i was getting ready to start pushing. During my postpartum appointment i literally heard him say that he would not see me because of my attitude durinf labor and instead to have a nurse see me. extremely unprofessional as he was outside the door of the room i was waiting in. Point is, do not go to this clinic. go somewhere where they actually care about you and your baby.
