I have rented the event space 6 times now for my organization’s markets. Cathy has always been phenomenal and kind. A nicely kept space with accessible entrances and so much space. The drinks are great and inexpensive, the food is great and inexpensive. The service is great. I will continue to work with this venue in the future. The female bartender that worked with us today has worked a few of our venues and I really enjoy her energy. She is so sweet as well. I’d love to keep this place all to myself. But, I really think people should look into this space to host an event. You will be pleased with such kind service. LGBTQ+ friendly!
Positive: Employees, convenience, location. Nice bedding. Bed too hard. Floors nice. Electric outlets loose and not enough. Negative: We were in a rehabbed room, and it's done but the toilet paper holder was left in the wall all rusty. Luggage rack all rusty. Beds very hard for over 65 yrs old. Bad grouting job on tile in bathroom. Lights & lamps were not working and not enough.
Greats Hotel ,Great Service And Hospitality. My kids Enjoyed Staying There And Swimming In The Pool ! Also The Restaurant/Bar Ryan’s That’s Inside Is Awesome Real Nice Bartenders And Staff the Food Is ???? I Like That they Have Multiple pool Tables So No Waiting. lastly It’s All Renovated Everything’s Updated …Big Shout Out To Kendra The Site Manager She Is Truly The Best I Recommend Any & Everyone To Stay There Even If it’s Just To Chill For A Night Or 2…5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
All staff were friendly and helpful, especially April at the front desk, who helped us with a minor issue during our stay. Also, many thanks to the woman ( didn’t get her name) working in Ryan’s Pub who retrieved my diamond ring when I accidentally dropped it!
Rooms were clean and neat, would stay again.
The rooms are in need to repair. Paint coming off the wall. Rusty bathroom fixtures. Towels are stained and the bathroom floor was dirty. We had a 2 night stay. And upon arrival I wanted to shower, but guess what no hot water. It took 45 min to get the hot water back up. And on the day of check out, same thing happened. No hot water. I woke up at 8am. It took 1 1/2 hours to get the hot water back on. So no thanks first and last time I’ll stay here. Stay away from this place.
Decent place, but very dated. Rooms were clean but outside areas are kinda gross. Nice bar and restaurant attached. Get what you just got kinda place. About 10 minutes from downtown New Bedford
Super ???? clean , Love my room . I was a little skeptical at first but once I came in and saw it for myself. Absolutely love it. ❤️ will come here again.
I'll keep it simple: STAY AWAY. Broken windows, slippery floors, stains on sheets (brownish-red - ew), noisy hillbillies with 6 kids in adjoining room..... looks like a section 8 temp housing place. STAY AWAY. There have to be better motels in the area - I booked due to decent reviews - I don't know how that's possible after my one night experience..... I'm not that fussy - this place was gross.
