Visited this place during happy hour on a Sunday! What a view the patio has, especially coming from Texas. Food is not something I recommend getting as a meal, but rather, an appetizer. We tried High School Cafeteria Pepperoni pizza, and it was decent. Seasoned blond ale was on a heavier size and my friends enjoyed the Mexican Lager. Only one restroom in this place, for all genders.
The Aspen Brewing company is our go to pub when we visit the Aspen and Snowmass area. The food and service are great also the people who work there have always been very nice and attentive the half a dozen times we've been. Love the pizza's make sure to order one while your there. Also they do a six beer taster served on a ski. Ordering up one of those is highly recommended as well during your visit!
We had a great time here. We ordered some beer, including a flight. One of our favorites was the Okay Cairn, a vanilla latte blonde...you could actually taste a little coffee, in a light beer! We also liked the Double Conundrum barrel aged one. We tried the Zucchini Coconut soup and it has a great flavor. We ordered three pizzas: the White, the Caprese, and the Prosciutto & Arugula. All of them were excellent. Highly recommend this place!

Tim, Tony and Keith held it down today. Despite being understaffed while hit with an unexpected noon rush, they checked in frequently and showed us a great time. The staff made sure the youth hockey teams and their parents had a good time, while simultaneously entertaining the adult tables watching college football. Professionals through and through! Be sure to visit this Aspen local’s bar during your stay ????
We were seated and left waiting for 40 min with no contact from the server. For the busiest weekend in the fall (peak leaf peeping) either more servers should’ve been staffed, or they shouldn’t have been seating the restaurant at full capacity. Our party of two was completely ignored while we saw other, sometimes larger tables served immediately. A shame as we’re a big fan of the Idaho Springs and Denver locations of W&D, but this was disappointing and we left without drinks or pizza.
Came for happy hour. Waited and waited and never got service. Finally went to the bar to order our drinks. When our sever finally realized we were there he came and rudely threw a couple of menus at us and said, “here these are if you want to see them again.” WHAT?
After that he avoided us like we had COVID. Never came to get our food order. Then acted surprised and put out when we drank our one beer and left. The worst of it was it was my wife’s birthday. We were hoping to have dinner. What a complete waste!
Staff didn't bring plates or silverware until halfway through the meal. We were billed for receiving the wrong order, even after being told it would be comped.
Overall, poor service considering the automatic 20% tip + a 5% employee wellness tax ????
The food and beer was really good though!
