Positive: The sheets appeared to be clean. Negative: Bathroom was extremely dirty. Wad of black hair on toilet. Water spots on mirror and bathroom faucet had months worth of scum build-up. Broken refrigerator that almost fell over when i opened the door. No TV. No breakfast as advertised. Not even coffee.
Definitely been updated. Looked at the reviews and was a little worried. Clean rooms but they didn't maintenance the equipment. Bathroom had no towels. Person at the front desk was barely there half the time. Good price sealed the deal
The hotel’s location was great, and the staff was very helpful. The room was newly renovated with a really comfortable mattress. I’ll stay here every time I’m in the area for work.

Dirty, not as advertised. Mold around tub, Dirty. Mold on ceiling, crumbs around microwave, fresh blood stains on 1 pillow, Rest of the pillows had no cases. Advertised breakfast, there was none, not even coffee- little pod coffee maker in room w no pods. It was very dirty. Refrigerator did not cool, door did not close.
Room was clean. New paint, tape still on trim from it. No fridge, no microwave tho it has spaces for them. Ice machine didnt work and didnt have an ice bucket in room either, no shower head just a pipe. No trash can. Coffee pot but no coffee, Its a bed for a tired person to sleep. Im no frills so i thought whatever but those of you who arent and like ameneties, you might wanna look elsewhere.
Staff wasnt rude at check in. Just stayed silent. Not friendly but not rude.

This was a nice place and had breakfast included. Only problem was the room was purchased thru an app and after check out we noticed the hotel charged us again for the same room we reserved and purchased prior thru the app.
To give this place one star is a lie. It's disgusting. I reserved a room for my daughter and grandchildren. My daughter didn't want to stay there with the kid's so I asked for a refund and the owner refused. Who would blame her for not wanting to stay in a nasty place with bed bugs and spiders in the room. The owner found every excuse because he had ripped so many people off because the city was packed for the festival weekend. I went by twice to collect my refund to get the run around. And the last time he told me he was filing no trespassing against everyone that was there and wanting their money back. It's a disgrace to the city of Gonzales to have someone here like this. I pray it comes out publicly so that he won't continue to rip people off for their money because they don't wanna stay in filth. I guess he's that hard up for money. Please people save yourself the trouble and stay away from that disgusting place and crooked management. I wouldn't let my dog stay there!!!!!!!!!!!!The owner's response is clearly a lie, and no one occupied the room at all. I clearly stated that I was renting the room for my daughter and grandbabies. Clearly a lie, and never threatened anyone on that staff. Just an excuse to rip people iff of their money!!!! So yes I have the guts to tell the truth. Look at your reviews. The truth is out sir. Trust me!!!!! Another disgusting lie to get on here and claim my family occupied that room when they were on the highway traveling to Gonzales on a 4 hr drive. Sir if you need the money that bad is one thing, but to lie and then say I don't have the guts is another. I'll take the loss of the money, but Gonzales will know the truth. The police already know that no one was in that room and knew that I reserved it for her. Again I'm glad you were that desperate for money. Your response says it all. Read all the other reviews sir.
