Great doctor sadly really bad staff if I could rate on negatives I would do so just going towards the staff. I changed doctor for my kids just because I hate having to deal with that staff he has. It sucks that he might lose a lot of customer because of that . Btw in every visit there was some one walking out mad at the staff .
I can’t believe how rude and condescending his staff is especially a young man named George. I was told I could go to the office on Saturday by 11:30. He said “we were not busy so we closed early.” From there it went left because he refused to be professional and kind. Don’t have your children pay for their mistakes! It’s not worth your little one paying the price.
Horrible and unprofessional. I regret taking my newborn here for the following reasons:
1) Because the front desk staff didn’t correct their mistake of writing our child’s name wrong after we showed them that they messed up, our insurance did not want to pay for our visits and it was a mess to clean up. When we called the front desk to have them fix their mistake, they kept insisting they made no mistake until we gave them the ID on our child’s insurance card. This was the final straw that made us decide on a new pediatrician.
2) Dr. Salloum never addressed any of my questions or concerns at any visit, and with this being my first baby, I’m not sure why he ignored me. I would tell him exactly what u was concerned about with my child’s health and he would just nod, leave the room and tell us to come back next time. He never even addressed the issue I brought up.
3) The front desk NEVER picks up the phone. I tried to reschedule an appointment multiple times and was never able to as they also never call back. You should not waste your time with this place.
4) a walk-in appointment got seen before we did. We had a scheduled appointment at 12:30 and didn’t get seen until 1:45, while another parent who came in with their child as a walk in got seen 5 minutes after they checked in. Why bother making appointments if they will not be respected by the doctor or staff?
Overall a horrible and very unprofessional and inefficient practice. Avoid this place at all costs!!
Very good pediatrician, I’ve been coming here since I was little and now I’m bringing my daughter as well. The wait is not as bad, when scheduling at a good time.
Dr. Salloum and Dr. Smith are absolutely amazing and deserve 5+ stars—excellent doctors, kind, knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional. All 3 of our kids go here and we love the doctors!
The wait time is unreasonable. Be prepared to spend hours for a scheduled appointment. And if your child is sick and you’re a walk in, be prepared to spend half the day waiting to see the doctor.
Love the nurses they help you and the pediatrician is a good pediatrician love taking my daughters here
Dr. Salloum is great. My kids have been life long patients of him. But his staff is horrible. I have called multiple times for a prescription refill and nothing gets done. I call daily sometimes even twice a day and all they say is to call tomorrow. This is a horrible way to treat a life long patients. I'm very disappointed in the office manager and staff
negative stars if possible i took my kid LONGEST WAIT TIME with or without appt. My kid was really sick, fever, shaking just bad they check her not even for 10 mins which its ok order medications WAS TOLD WITHIN 1-2 HRS i understand the pharmacy been occupied. I call the pharmacy to see the status SURPRISED NEVER SEND THE PRESCRIPTION WALKIN AT 1 GOT OUT OF THE DR OFFICE AT 3 they had 1 hours to send the prescription I CALL THE OFFICE THEY REASSURE ME THEY DID it just take time for the pharmacy to obtain it. I call the next day was told by the same staff who reassure they had send it that they never did. My kid was still sick with no proper medication DUE TO THEIR NEGLECT, UNPROFFESIONALISM, all that they do that I have seen is talk, laugh, and have a good time. When I call to yell at them for taking longer than 24 hrs to send a prescription I i heard on the background were laughs and jokes from the staff. CHANGE STAFF
