No complaints everything was pretty delicious and the server was super friendly. Even had a few arcade games to boot. Great drinks and a good variety of them. Would definitely go back. Prices weren't toooooo bad, getting close to being that way though.
It lives up to the name pub and my last name is Lafferty. Good fried food, fair prices, regulars, beer! Burgers alwherr a staple during Helene! Fried fish is good too!
Perfect spot to watch a game, enjoy bar atmosphere, and not feel like you’re compromising on quality of food. Huge menu, open late, dog friendly inside and out. Get the frickles you won’t regret it.
We went for a quick drink/snack. Staff was friendly and the food/drinks were good.
Being a simple and pleasant bar patron, having a simple and consistent tab, and ALWAYS Tipping at least 30%, I’ve never had a disagreement or negative experience with any bar staff; however, I will not be returning after a THIRD unpleasant encounter with one of their bar managers. She is rude, uneducated regarding alcohol laws, and extremely passive aggressive. After 31 years of life, this is the only review I’ve ever taken the time to write, so I hope this exemplifies your reading of this review. Additionally, it’s an absolute shame considering the rest of the staff is so incredibly kind and attentive. How this “manager” is still employed is completely incomprehensible to me.
We love going Thursday afternoon when Erica's tending the bar. She is lively, attentive and fun be around. The service is excellent and food is very tasty. She draws a nice crowd!
Literally best joint ever if you want to be local or not and feel welcomed as you are. Ask for EDDIE or Marcos! One statement a man said “I nearly nutted due to enjoying the Rueben that I ordered, can I have some fries.
Sirracha wings were saucy and WET. Everything was made with a lil extra as a the south is. My friend ordered the BLT great dose of Aioli, with a side of sweet potato fries with a spice along side of sweet and savory of waffley goodness. Love the endless mustard
Favorite place in Asheville. Good down home bar that has the best wings and fried okra. We could be here everyday. Safe environment, loving staff, and wonderful service. If I could rate a 12/10 it would be done. Always grateful for Westville.
