Had a group of 8 looking for a breakfast spot and upon searching we found this spot. The service was excellent with coffee refills coming before we even needed to ask. All our breakfast items were delicious. We will definitely be returning to this place.
Homestyle cooking in a friendly, lively setting. Everyone in town loves this place and it shows! The parking lot was overflowing (plenty of space on surrounding streets) and happy faces from all walks of life filled the dining room and outside enclosed patio. Our breakfasts were delicious and filling. Try the cinnamon roll pumpkin pancakes (a weekend breakfast special)!
Visited for the first time today. Place looks like it was once a large, multi-bay garage. Was packed with people who were obvious regulars. Smallish menu. I ordered the Eggs Benny, but they were out of hollandaise sauce, so opted for the biscuits and gravy with side of home fries. Not bad. The best part was watching our waitress Kimmy W. She was amazing. Navigating the tight space and handling multiple tables at once. My bill was $12. I was so impressed with her I gave her an $8 tip. A $10 and 2 $5's, along with the bill, which she put in her pocket without looking at it. As I was leaving, another waitress came out to the car and said I hadn't paid. I went back in to question Kimmy, and she still seemed to think I hadn't paid. Pretty disappointing, since I tipped over 50%.
The team at Westside is top-notch, providing impeccable service that is both prompt and friendly. They go above and beyond for kids, including my daughter, and the food is consistently high quality and delicious. Their unique breakfast specials, such as cannoli stuffed French toast and pumpkin baked French toast, along with a variety of omelettes and eggs Benedict, set them apart. I highly recommend trying their cinnamon roll pancakes, among other breakfast staples like pancakes, eggs, biscuits and gravy, and breakfast sandwiches. We love Westside so much that we visit at least once a week. Highly recommended!
Got here one Wednesday morning at 8:08am and got my food at 8:16am! That's in the door, place the order, to the table, in 8 mins flat. Fastest service I ever gotten so far at any restaurant I've visited. Everyone talks about the servers and the service and I can guarantee it's 100% fact and not a fluke or one time thing. Every customer gets the same great service, busyness willing.
I went around 8 like I said and according to google they normally get busy around 9-11am. It wasn't busy when I went but I do think I got in at the right time because several other people showed up after me. As far as I saw, everyone got their food relatively quickly after sitting down, even with a influx of people coming in.
Staff was friendly and you pay by taking your check up to the counter.
The outside was cool looking and they have great outdoor seating that's covered. I can't wait to go back and have breakfast under it on a good day. Today was chilly so that wasn't an option. They do have a ton of seating available and the inside is very homey and clean. I loved the feel and privacy of the booths. Having the covers over the seats really makes a difference. The food was a little cold in some areas which is odd because of how fast it came out. Everything I tasted tho was delicious and the over easy eggs where cooked perfectly.
Great place for breakfast! You always know SOMEONE when you come here. Food comes out fast and hot. The servers are super friendly. The chicken pot pie is the best in the state!
The deep fried home fries were delicious! The customer service was delightful. It was busier than I expected going in, but after being in the down to earth atmosphere and having the pleasure of enjoying a delicious cheesesteak omelette, I understand why it was busy. Great food and friendly people are the perfect combination!
I have been going to this restaurant now for four years. The staff never changes, which is a beautiful thing, and the food is always on point. If you have not tried this restaurant, your life is not complete. Always good food, good service,and even with inflation, great prices.
