Used to be great! I think owners changed and it’s HORRIBLE. Last night the driver added extra money to my card after I tipped him in cash. My receipts are emailed, so I noticed right away. Had to call and argue with the manager. I got all money back, but never again. We order frequently from them. How do you steal from your loyal customers? The food quality is garbage as well. The salmon was burnt beyond recognition.
Great service and very welcoming. I felt nice and cozy. Was a little bummed out there was t any carrot ???? Cale on deck, but I'll get over it. Steak and cheese sub made up for it ????
Food is great I just wish the staff would listen to you when you order so asked for mashed potatoes and gravy on the side. No mashed and who the hell eats all this broccoli this isn’t the first time this happened them getting your order wrong. Seems as tho when you ask for any accommodations they purposely mess up your food. ask for no jelopeno they put xtra you know!The young Girl at the front has a stank attitude. older woman is very pleasant and always gets the order right.Been going for years but I won’t go back this is the 6th time they gave me the opposite of what I requested kindly. I am so tired of horrible customer service.This place used to be good needs new staff that listen and care about their job.
Im being generous with 2 stars. Food is not the same as it used to be. Must be different ownership. Wait times are wrong. If its going to be an hour DONT say 20 minutes. Your warned. I won't go out of my way, and it was out of my way, to go here again. Also, the cleanliness of the dining room leaves something to be desired. Can only imagine behind the scenes. I had to wait 30 extra minutes for my order and now my clothing smells like old fryer oil. Good luck new owners. Your gonna have to step it up you've got big shoes to fill by calling yourself Westside.
Must be new owners used to be really good now it seems like there changing everything I ordered a great chicken sandwich which use to come on cibata bread now it comes on reg hardly toasted toast and honey mustard is changed also the Mediterranean sandwich has changed drastically not a very good experience not the first time wont be returning
They have good pizza and make good steak and cheese though the steak seem to be only in the middle they dont seem to spread it so that each bit has the meat. The people are friendñy but if u dont call them ahead and give ample time service seems to be slow.
What happened Westside? Your food used to be fantastic. Now, its awful. Like really awful. Your poor excuse of a greek salad that consists of huge chunks of veiny iceberg lettuce with green and red peppers with massive wedges of red onion, (which we requested without) and thats it, was Terrible with a capital T! And thats after we got over the pungent whiff of farts upon opening it. Is that from the chicken, maybe? And your large BLT sub comes with 4 pieces of bacon? Thats it? Oh and more onion wedges, a tiny bit of shredded iceberg, and a drop of miracle whip ????
I cant even comment about the chicken lemon soup. Come on. Do better or get out while you can.
We used to love ordering from Westside for lunch at my workplace. We're on the Brockton/East Bridgewater line and they told me today the don't deliver that far. I said you don't deliver to Brockton and she said we do just not all the way down Thatcher st. My advice call somewhere else if your not within a 2 minute drive of them.
