Westside Pizza in Lake Chelan seems like it hit the spot with its variety of flavors for both pizza and wings for us. The service is good and the surroundings are gorgeous.
Garlic Parmesan is my favorite, delicious!!
Buffalo Wings is good and with a kick!
Pizza is so tasty!
The pizza was good and the delivery was quick but this isn’t the first time we got hair in our order!
Conversation over the phone:
Me: Hi I order cinnamon sticks and there’s a long hair in them.
Him: I don’t see how that’s possible we don’t really have anyone working right now with long hair.
Me: I can send you a picture with proof that it’s literally cooked into the dough. I don’t want to make it a big deal, I just ask that I get refunded because I won’t be eating it anymore.
Super friendly manager who hooked us up with a free large pepperoni pizza.. Great customer service! Pizza was got and fresh and I love the Westside pizza crust. The chicken wings were bigger (meatier) than I thought and were juicy. The interior was about 105 degrees so we didn't eat inside. Fix the A/C!!!
Accommodating. I needed pizza done at a certain time and it was ready just upon entering to pick up. Friendly staff was an added bonus!! Thanks!!
Return customer, still amazing customer service and very good pizza and pricing! Thanks!
Pizza is good, salads are decent, but this place has got some serious management problems. Employees do not show any interest in customer service, listening, getting orders right, getting orders out in a decent amount of time. Tables are left dirty, the entire place is dirty, toilets don't work most times we've been there, soda is often flat or out, ice is out alot.
We frequent this place only because the pizza is good, and at times we decide against it because they treat customers like a hassle. I understand getting tired out from tourists, but honestly, those are the people paying... this is how employees can even get a paycheck!
Pizza was amazing. The crust was excellent and well-flavored. Medium size was best for two, and appropriately-priced. The salad was fresh and outstanding. The chicken added to the salad was also fresh and amazing, well-seasoned and moist. Would go back just for the salad. Food was made quickly, without any apparent sacrifice to quality. Staff was friendly and attractive. Great placement for food after a show at the cinema.
we called and ordered a pizza over two hours ago and it still hasn’t been delivered. we’ve called three times and still haven’t had a real response. not surprised this place has a 3.9. employees are rude and literally do not care.
Really fantastic pizza and great service. Service was fast. If I was local, I'd definitely be back soon!
