We had a big group and had a good experience. It's your classic breakfast fare. The service was excellent. Good stuff all the way around.
Previously, I rated this restaurant 5 stars, but I do not stand by that rating anymore.
After multiple issues during visits, I made a complaint. After speaking to Maria. I was told a free meal would be provided on my next visit for all the trouble. That was not what happened.
I have provided pictures of cheeseburgers that were served on different visits. I would rather pay a few dollars more and get an actual hamburger patty than to get 3/4 to 1/2 of one.
We were visiting over the 4th near here and stopped in today for breakfast. We were not disappointed at all. Great waitress and a great breakfast! I had the Belgian waffle breakfast with eggs and sausage and it was very tasty.
The food is fantastic for the price. I am a Purdue student and was looking for a small restaurant like the one I had at home. It was exactly that: cheap food, strong coffee and quick service. They are busy and it takes a second to get a seat but from then on the service is very good.
This is a good place to grab breakfast on the west side. The food is solid and portions are excellent for the price. I've had several omelets and other dishes and there isn't a bad one. They even allowed some additions and substitutions.
Ordered a Meat Lovers omlet. Very greasy.
The plastic water glass had a very worn and chipped rim along its entire edge. Server was not concerned of its terrible condition or that there was a taste of detergent in this glass.
This was my first return in 6 months to this diner. It will probably be my last.
Only came here because penn station and thai essence were closed!
The chicken and waffles has some of the dryest, worst chicken i ever tasted. At least it's kind of cheap? So 2 stars.
Great breakfast at any time kinda place. The prices and portions are fantastic. Has a traditional diner feel and a cool wrap around breakfast bar.
