I came in a few times, unprofessional, but doable. I’m pet sitting tonight and Uber eats a pizza. Was delivered wrong pizza. I called to reorder my pizza after Uber refunded me. I was on hold for 10 min. I hung up and called back. I reordered my pizza. No sympathy. No, let me look into this. Just told me to pay and wait 45 min. This is not how I would have resolved this. There should be an intelligent expeditor, or an intelligent Uber drive, or even a sympathetic employee of Westshore. No one gives a shit about customer service anymore. Photo shows a random pizza. Not my “margarita pizza”.
Update: 1 hour later after I called Westshore to make my own delivery they called to tell me I was out of their delivery zone and couldn’t refund me at this time. So I called another Westshore closer to me, didn’t have the ingredients for my pizza. At the end of the night, I had no pizza and no refund.
Tucked in the corner of the bonefish grill shopping center...it's a gem. Good people making great food for a good price. Portions are big. Legit the best cheesteak and chicken tenders I've ever had. Obviously, the pizza is ???? 2...It has a home feel to it. The owners are such nice people. Go out of their way to make sure u enjoyed your food. Any budget can fit here. My son and I come here often. Delivery is fast 2. Driver always has a pen lol
I ordered two pizzas and 24 wings for delivery on 10/8/24. Only received the two pizzas at delivery the dasher was unaware of the wings. I then called west shore pizza and they stated “we’re closed”. I asked why I didn’t receive my wings that I spent money on and the lady response was they open tomorrow at 11. I asked for a refund and I was denied that because the drawers were closed. Why the heck would you accept my order knowing you weren’t frying wings. That was really messed up especially at a time like this. The right thing most places would do is offer you a refund knowing they can’t produce what you ordered. But not west shore on west bay. Bad for business. Never again!!

The owner responded like every other negative review to email them . I did email them and still have not heard a reply. I hate to see businesses close down but it is usually a result of negligence by the owners.
We ordered, for delivery, the spicy Italian pizza and a hoagie. The pizza was supposed to have basil , Italian sausage and pepperoni. We received the pizza and first there was no basil and second only several particles of sausage. The pizza was also covered in hot wing sauce an ingredient not listed in the description nor part of any sort of pizza.. Needless to say, the pizza was inedible. The hoagie had very little meat/cheese. A theft of my money. I would suggest anyone who orders anything from Westshore fully inspect whatever food they are getting.
Second time I didn't get what I ordered. Called them and they want the pizza with no tomatoes back. Find that odd. However, this will be my last order with them.
Best pizza ever had hands down... Prices were very reasonable... And customer service was outstanding..
The food and clientele are great! But the service is on another level… Sarah and Riley are so wonderful, and make sure our order is right every time. They make it a point to get to know their customers and predict our every need ???? thanks guys!
The quality of the pizza has been declining. I used to enjoy the extra large cheese pizza, however a few months ago I noticed a change in how they make it. The crust is thicker and more bread-like, which is not my preference.
That wouldn’t be too bad except that the quality had also gotten worse. Tonight I just got the same pizza and there was up to two inches of bread around the edge with no toppings on on it.
A year ago I would have given the place five stars as one of my favorite pizza places. I am hoping that the change is temporary and the quality goes back to how it used to be!
