So I ordered from Westshore for the first time ever and I will absolutely never do it again. I spent $50 on cold pizza, naked wings, and the answer to that when I spoke with who said they were a manager is well we can remake it and send it out to you so it can be just as shitty as the first time I got. Never have I ever and I have eaten at some pretty terrible places I could’ve gone to the store and purchased a pizza and put it in my oven and it would’ve been better than this. And it’s funny at the bottom of this it says, which dish would you recommend honestly none of them
Westshore Pizza & Cheesesteaks is hands down the best spot in town for authentic, delicious pizza and pasta! The food is consistently amazing, but what truly sets this place apart is the incredible service, especially from Satesh, the manager.

Ordered a deluxe with mushrooms, onions and peppers, add tomato light lettuce. Missing the mushrooms, onions and peppers. $20 for Steak and cheese is ridiculous, atleast get the order right.
Ordered a large cheese pizza and it was a total ripoff. Pie wasn’t cut right and the price sucked. Parking was terrible and the area was dirty. Definitely better places else where.
What a disappointment.
I’ve ordered out of this location for years, my family and I love the Philly Cheesesteak, but tonight this location lost our business.
I’m not sure how an online order gets so incomplete and not only that, we feel like the portions were skimped out on even with an increase in pricing across the board. I don’t mind the price increase, but don’t skimp out on the quality or portion size of the food.
Imagine ordering a steak and cheese with 2 kinds of cheese and getting dry meat with a little cheese. We ordered a side of onion rings, usually at least 10, there were only 4.
Unfortunately we’ll be looking for our new restaurant to order Philly’s from.
Service wise… I’ve only seen kids run the front. Seems to me all they care about is getting a tip for well… not much at all. I’ve tipped online before and at pick up still get asked to sign a receipt and leave another tip. What a shame.
Spent $54 on a Stromboli, salad and soda. Everything was horrible!! The sausage was gross, barely any pepperoni and it was extremely thin. The salad was $10 it self with just brown lettuce some toppings no cheese and a bunch of onions. When I say they get you because the size of the box it comes in. Overall the food was a disappointment. $50 bucks down the drain…. Nobody in my house enjoyed the food even after just dealing with a hurricane and losing all my food. Never again. If you’re thinking about this place think again. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
Review is to simply show I’m not happy with my order. When I asked for no mushrooms. To make it right I’d have to come all the way back. I don’t want a replacement. Here’s your proof however to show your staff to read the order and make correctly in the future. I for sure will not return.
I want everyone to see this! My family got sick. We called toningt to get a solution or at least our money back. We were denied the general management information. My family has always purchased pizza from the causeway locations. Never again $60 of stomach pain. No pizza should ever be this greesy! I will be calling the department of food and agriculture this is crazy. We try to buy from our local restaurants and support our community but this is ridiculous. The shift working today very rude and disrespectful. Everyone has bad days but this takes the cake.
