My husband placed an order for pickup 5:14. He got there at 5:20, they didn’t even start yet. He got it around 5:40.
He ordered 2 Philly cheesesteaks, one was a hoagie, supposed to have lettuce, tomato etc., there was nothing like that on any of them. One was just dried out meat without peppers or onions. The other had some tiny pepper bites, hardly sautéed on super dry meat. Hardly any cheese. He paid $31 dollars for 2 dried out sandwiches and some fries. Very disappointed, we won’t be back in here. Once before I had subpar service, gave it another chance, never again.
Fast service, food tastes amazing, and it’s a nice chill environment. No one to bother you. Maui was very helpful and keeps the place clean and organized.
Okay this place has gone downhill since Covid. The quality of their pizza is horrific. Their staff in incredibly rude. Why no deliver on a Sunday? Why are the pizzas so dry? why are the pizzas lacking in sauce. This used to be a much better establishment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
I was visiting my daughter by in St. Pete and after her soccer game we some how found this gem not too far from Lakewood high school. It was an absolutely phenomenal experience from the time I walked in the door. Christopher was the person who took our (absolutely great guy from the Bronx) we had the buffalo chicken pie 11/10, mozzarella sticks 11/10, and the chicken wings 11/10. We will definitely be back every time that we are in the neighborhood and looking for an enjoyable pizza/wings experience! Thanks again for the Canoli Chris!!! see you soon!!!
I went to Westshore pizza last night on 54th Ave S in St.Pete and ordered pizza to go. I was greeted by a very nice young man (Nathan) he was extremely polite, very friendly as well as professional. I was very happy to have met him and very happy with the pizza ????. I would definitely recommend west shore pizza on 54 Ave s. Thanks Nathan you’re doing a great job!
Thanks for the drink while I waited. ???????? ????????????????
Usually great pizza, I don't know what happened tonight but I should have checked the pie before leaving
Let me say first, I love Westshore Pizza, always been my go-to, good pizza, awesome phillies, but this location is so hit and miss, it’s just so disappointing and sad. I usually order delivery, but after seeing this location and how filfthy it is, and not even the courtesy to call me to tell me they where out of the product I ordered. I am honestly done with them after this last experience. At least the front counter guy was understanding of the situation and did his best to make it right.
I came around 8:40pm they said "No Service, we are close" I told them so politely "OK but please check your Google and the door displayed times, it said open till 10pm" they answer so aggressive in a violent manner " I know and what?" and I repeat "it's just a suggestion". 30 mins later, I walked around the place with my meal from another place, and there were customers ordering and eating Pizza at this place. To be honest I felt discriminate by those cashiers.
I hope the owner or manager check the cameras to confirm my statement and take the appropriate corrections.
