WOW!! No wonder the employees are arriving with smiles on their faces. Nice plant within it's own little community. Well kept. Once you are fully inside, the corners are a bit tight. Delivered recycle cardboard. Use gate 1 not 3. Bring a fresh clock and a broom. I had about a bale of loose material to sweep out. Took around 2 hours to get unloaded.
DONT take any loads from this Westrock off of 165.south is a friend or family referral scam, even if they ask you to call the number for services they will still reject the trailer because is wet, even if your trailer is super clean they will find other excuses why not to take you, lazy generation of guard check employees, you see is easy for them to reject your trailer because their job becomes a lot easier, besides I don’t really see this company operating for the next 3 years I seen this pattern before down in Detroit.
I normally don’t post reviews about shippers, but this place is the worst, I pretty much run my whole clock, waiting to get loaded, a couple rolls of paper take all day? Ridiculous, never again, stay away…
Security will reject your trailer in order to refer you to her friend's businesses, where you will be overcharged for trailer maintenance and repairs, and security will receive commission

Nice staff . Slide your axle all the way back and check your trl it’s need to be super clean and no hole or nail in the trl floor. Truck Entrance from Gate 3 then go almost 1/5 miles there is down hill and you will see guard house on your right side.. check in at gate they will check your trl everything there .. they give you 2 stickers one for shipping and one sticker you will put on your trl inside passenger side back of the trl Then go to shipping …There is parking on the hill for waiting.. waiting time will be 3 hours or more
Horrible place. Gate guard was rude and lazy at truck entrance. There are no correct directions on how to get to correct gate. They will fail your trlr for the craziest reasons. Yes my floor was a little wet because I just had a wash out. And made sure my trlr was super clean. Told me I had to come back when it’s raining to make sure it’s no leaks. I will quit my job before I come back to this place!!!

I was missing a rivet head on the trlr panel. This place is in the middle of no where. Make sure you have food and drink on your truck. Make sure you slide your tandems. And make sure your trlr is super clean.
