Javonne at the desk at Urgent Care/Ridge Hill really stood out to me (unsure of her job title). I was checked in by another lady. I was uncontrollably coughing & sneezing while waiting to be seen, & was rather embarrassed to be that person, if I’m honest. She came directly over to me not one but 3 times to ask if I was OK & needed anything. She updated me on my place in line, without me ever asking. It made me feel less of a leper and put me at ease. Kindness like that, though so powerful, is not common these days, and she deserves recognition for this. Way to go Westmed! Thank you for the great care.
The urgent care staff was fantastic. I had a lab order that they helped me get the same day, while waiting for the doctor. Then the doctor and her staff was equally impressive. I got another blood draw and a referral after being put at ease, with the diagnosis fully explained. What a wonderful experience.
I been having pain for the past two weeks and decided to have it checked and as always urgent care at westmed was there to help. Walked in without an appt. but was seeing pretty quick. Front desk staff is always very friendly and nurse and doctor give good quality care.
I checked in at the front desk, where the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. After waiting for approximately 15 to 20 minutes, I was called in by the nurse, Tiffany, who introduced herself to me in a very pleasant manner. Subsequently, I met with the doctor. I consistently have positive experiences at urgent care facilities, as they genuinely make me feel better than when I arrived.
The staff was so kind, compassionate and amazing! The doctor was also decisive and aggressive with my care and treatment. I was a walk-in and the wait was shorter than I expected!
Wonderful treatment from both the doctor and nurse. Felt I was listened to, and felt I got good medical care. The office staff in front was kind and thoughtful. The space was clean. Everything about the appointment was great.

The nurse was lovely. The doctor did an excellent,, skilled incision and drainage procedure on my abscess. Explained every detail.
The wait was ridiculous with few people. They need an area for people awaiting rtest esults.
