I went to shop for a Christmas show since I’m a elementary teacher.I went into a store called
( Palazzo Couture ) there was a Cuban Spanish speaking lady who attended to everyone but me and I needed help finding an outfit.When I approached her I asked hey why have you attended to everyone else and not me ? She says she had not seen me…. She seen me she did not attend to me because I came in looking rough so she treated me accordingly as if I was poor and unable to afford anything.I came in after a long day at work tired and frustrated ???? because when you gain weight and you look for clothes it can be frustrating as a women so it was so sad that this lady made me feel even worse when she assumed I could not afford the outfits.I would like to speak to a manager and she should be fired for lack of customer service skills and professionalism!
Great shopping place. This mall is a little small but good atmosphere and lots of stores to choose from.
Once this mall was the go to place for fine shopping. Unfortunately it is a mere ghost of what it once was. With Sears gone as well as the Sears Automotive the rest of the stores are serving a younger demographic. Several of the stores are not well kept or clean. The staff in several stores are more interested in playing with their cellphones than serving customers. Their is a good selection of restaurants that are doing well as well as Macys of course. Parking is plentiful and close to the entrances. I hope management of some of these establishments step up and revamp their look as well as the staff that is unwilling to service the clients. This is my hometown and I wish the best for its success.
Nice mall plenty of stores. On the weekend they get really busy. They close at 9 pm I wish they were open later. They had this amazing display for Mother’s Day. I enjoy every time I go there.

Westland Malll offered me an all inclusive safe heaven. A well organized, clean and safe environment that have all my needs and wants in one place. I have never seen a more disgusting office depot i. any other place. The store had a foul odor permeating throughout the entire store. The smell was similar to rotting eggs. How can management allow a store to fall into such disarray with filthy carpets filled with old hardened chewing gum. The gum is especially prominent in the store entry. The cashier was nice. I promise I could not get out of this store fast enough. I don't plan on returning.
Had an ok selection of stores. JCPenney is here. Nothing special though, no GameStop that my son wanted to go to or any video game shop. It does have some cool clothing shops including a very nice hot topic that is bigger than most other malls. A great candy store as well. Decent food options. Most shoppers will find what they are looking for here, just not electronics or collectibles cards and that kind of thing.
Mall is pretty decent for the stores that are there .. needed last minute suit for hubby and it’s the only express store that we could find close by. Macys actually was nice with great brands and sales. But not enough stores in here.
