I recently had an excellent experience at Westlake Dermatology in Round Rock, TX! I was a bit nervous about my procedure, but Eden Warrick PA was great about explaining everything to me. Her professionalism, patience, and warmth put me at ease. I'm loving my results!! Her medical assistants (Amy and Patty) were just as wonderful!
I have been a patient at Westlake Dermatology for quite a while. I try to go yearly for a body check, as I was in the sun constantly in my younger years. The Dr.’s and supporting staff have always been extremely professional and very thorough, making me feel confident in my care. I have had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Sandoval as well as Dr. Covington and they both were excellent about explaining my treatment to me. They both are very patient. I always recommend Westlake Dermatology to my friends, and always will.
My experience at the RR location was fantastic from start to finish. The front desk staff were not rude but very kind (unfortunately rare), the person taking my initial intake was gentle, and Dr. Sandoval was the cherry on top. I didn't feel like I was another number being rushed and shoved out the door as quickly as possible. She is clearly a doctor who wants to listen, understand your concerns, and teach you realistic expectations. I went in for something small, but she didn't treat me like I was overreacting in the slightest, and to me, that meant a lot. For some people, these little things don't matter, but it's comforting to know the people I'm investing my time and trust in make an effort to show they are actually on my side and want to help.
I highly recommend the staff at Westlake Dermatology in Round Rock. Dr Moseley was so kind and very thorough. She was very patient and listened to all my concerns before making a recommendation. Her assistant Sydney was also very nice and listened to all my concerns without feeling rushed. Noely was great at the front office. She was very kind and very helpful with a great personality. The entire staff is highly recommended. You can tell they really care.

I saw Dr. Morgan Covington after I fell and went to an ER because of injuries to my lips and face. The staff in the office are courteous and professional; dealing with them has been great. Dr. Covington is excellent! I am grateful for the care she is providing for me!
My visit today at Westlake Dermatology in Round Rock was just wonderful! From arriving to check in, to my appointment with Dr. Sandoval to checking out was just great! Everyone is so kind and welcoming! I never am made to feel rushed or bad for asking a million questions. Dr. Sandoval makes me feel relaxed and happy to be there. I never have much of a wait in the lobby or in the exam room. Also checking out today, Jessica Porter helped me with scheduling and products. She was so helpful and nice!! I am so thankful for Westlake Dermatology!
Dr. Fareesa Sandoval is a an amazing doctor. She was attentive to my concerns and recommended what was the best treatment plan for me. I highly recommend seeing her as your dermatologist! The checkin and check out process was smooth as well, especially with friendly staff like Jessica Porter.
