Best WLM Reviews
I usually don't leave bad reviews at any health establishments I go to, especially since I've worked in healthcare I understand the hardship of the field.
The staff and manager at Westgrove Dental are not all nice and awesome like all the comments say. BEWARE.
I came in the office because I haven't had any cleaning/ teeth check-up for a least a year prior. I went through the usual x-ray and was quoted around 400$ for a cleaning/extraction/fillings. (cool, a little pricey). I told the staff I wanted to get a second opinion from a different dentist.
My patience was tested when I called back because I wanted to get the procedure done at Westgrove instead. Manager told me there was an error in my itemized bill and would call me back Friday 11/15 at 2PM. Never got the call.
Monday 11/18 comes around and I still don't get the call back. I call the office again and the manager sounds irritated at me? Why is it my fault your office had errors on their end? I'm just trying to get my teeth cleaned? Proceeds to tell me that it's actually 1,015$ to get everything done.
Thank you Westgrove Dental for your extremely unprofessional service and manners. This place was suspicious the moment I stepped into the office. If you need dental work, find somewhere else, it'll save you the time and headache.
Hanna and Dr. Ismail has the best chair side manners ever! They showed compassion and kindness. Very knowledgeable! My past trauma in a dental office had me very worried but these two helped me to trust them so that they could do their job. 10/10 I RECOMMEND this team!
I had a crown today at Westgrove dental care today. I was warmly welcome by Kassie. Dr. Patel and Assistant Lily were doing a great job in taking care of my tooth. They were very friendly, kind and professional. My previous dentist at other dental care did not do a good job and the crown I had really tortured me and hurt my tongue. But I am happy with a new crown now that Dr. Patel installed today. It no longer bothers me and looks like my real teeth. I strongly recommend this Westgrove dental care for everyone if you have any issue with your teeth. If you come to Westgrove dental care, they will make you happy. :)
Westgrove Dental Care is the best Dentist Office I have been to in Decades. The receptionist to Tina the hygienist and Tonya to Dr Kim are knowledgeable in dental care and even taught me a few things that I never knew about my teeth. I had a cleaning, then had to have 2-Crowns, all in one session. They all work as a great team together to assist the patient. Give this Dental Office a try in Carrollton 3012 E Hebron Pkwy Ste 108. Professional and friendly.
I’ve been going to Westgrove Dental for about 10 years and can attest that it’s a good dental office that provides quality dental services. The front office staff are friendly and helpful, the dentists are nice and engaging, and the dental hygienist, Angie is exceptional. I also like that I get in and out at a reasonable time.
Shout Out to Dr. Ismael & his assistant Hannah, who handled my Periodontal issue. I had a follow-up appointment today and I'm very pleased with the results!
I've been a client of Westgrove Dental for over 15 years.
