I booked this place basically randomly off of a google search, I had never heard of it before. This place is legit, it's like it's own community with it's own water park and arcade. The swimming pool was nice and there is even an outside cooking area to grill out. The room was spectacular and the wife and I used the hot tub in our room nightly! We booked the deluxe two room villa and there was plenty of room for 7. There was a full size kitchen and refrigerator and this particular resort has a Walmart directly across the street. We saved tons of money by cooking nightly.
Stayed here for our spring break. Location and amenities were absolutely perfect for a week to get away and relax. This place has everything. We were able to swim in one of the 14 pools and hot tubs from 8am until 10pm, play a round of mini golf, ride in a swan boat, play in the arcade and so much more. We never had to leave the resort to have a good time. Food was great, especially at the poolside bars. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would 100% stay again.
We went for a spring break weekend with some family and had a great time at the resort. This location is very kid friendly and it's so much to do we didn't leave to visit other parks which was a huge savings for us.
The water park was amazing, minus having to get out of one pool or another for sanitary reasons, I just say that, but it was fun for all ages.
I wish we did the movie and train ride but all in all, we had a great time.
We had a villa which had two bedrooms and two bathrooms and it was super spacious. We ended up sleeping 5 people super comfortably.
This was a great spot to stay while visiting Universal Studios theme park. The staff was amazing, great service from everyone we encountered. The staff was quick to answer when we texted them, and very quick when we needed extra towels or garbage pick up.
The resort was clean, quiet and private. When we used the pool we were the only ones in it. We would definitely go back.
I am an Owner since 1996. My Villa has never been updated. The second bathroom is not user friendly any more. You have to step over around 2 feet to get in it. Furniture is old. The place has literally gone to the dogs. Dogs barking all day while owners are off having fun. Some owners do pick up after their pets but some don’t. Dogs off leashes running wild. No music at the pools allowed.
any more is unheard of here. Tables at the pools missing umbrellas. Looking to get rid of because not as enjoyable as it used to be.
Also it seems you can get a room here and not be an owner so no cost for maintenance & taxes. Why own?
I really can't say enough good things about this place! Everything was absolutely perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, the water park was a ton of fun for my family, the property is like a nice little town with plenty of bars, places to eat, a store and arcade, even a theater! Best thing about this place though is the fact that every single staff member was so nice and helpful, and all of the guests/owners staying there were extremely friendly, it was just the most enjoyable experience.
I cannot comment on the sales team as we did not do a tour, we didn't realize they wouldn't allow my wife who sells real estate to even have the option to buy. Ended up paying extra for that and wish they would have mentioned that beforehand but honestly glad we didn't have to take the tour, more time for fun!
This was our first time staying here it was so beautiful . Our room was gorgeous we had one of the updated renovated units . The resort had numerous places to eat at and i loved the coffee / ice cream shop. At night they have little bonfire places to relax by . The water park was a blast and very relaxing . The drinks from the bar were outstanding and very reasonably priced , the food by the pool was also very good . 10/10 would recommend . We will be coming back here next time we visit orlando
Room 5337A. 2 bed sleeps 8. Had an absolutely fantastic time last week. Never a bad time..20 years going, and always perfection. No mistakes, no bait and switch, our room upgraded, spotless and the resort is superb. I've used Expedia, Westgate, Skyauction, II, and RCI, and no matter what, the reservation is always perfect. Really easy check-in, instant texting with customer service, awesome pool bar, and restaurants. |Only 2 things :|1) constant and a gazillion children unattended, and eating in the Jacuzzi, left their garbage in the water. I told customer service and they addressed it asap. |2) Pool was freezing for me. But not for others so I kept it to myself.
