Participated in Westgate Resorts generous annual Military Weekend where they honor our Military veterans. The resort is first rate in all areas. Rooms, Food, service, activities, and location could not be better. The small rooms are large and they have many suites at a very affordable cost. Highly recommend this for Disney visitors - especially those who want luxury at a reasonable cost.
Booked two 2 bedroom condos at Westgate Vacation Villas through AFVC for my wife and I and my sons Family of 5. Great property within 15 to 30 minutes from any Disney property depending on traffic. Usually took longer to get back to Westgate at the end of the day. Great location and within half mile of Walmart and 2 miles from Publix. Kitchen was stocked with basics. Beds were clean and comfortable. Multiple pools throughout the property and we had one directly across the parking lot. I was pleasantly surprised it was heated and hot tub was always on. Staff responded within minutes of a request for additional blanket for my wife and brought extra paper towels and TP at the same time. Guess they knew that we would need them during our seven night stay. Overall great experience from Check in through check out. Highly recommend and if I ever have to go back to Disney, I will stay again!!!
I had a wonderful time at the game room. Hector was extremely nice and made the experience there more entertaining. The restaurants were great, from the food to the atmosphere. Overall great stay will definitely come again.
My husband and I recently stayed at Westgate Vacation Villas Resort in Orlando Florida. Upon arrival we encountered some issues with our booking. Fortunately Danny B, one of the supervisors stepped in to save the day.
Danny was extremely pleasant and went out of his way to make sure the issues we were having were resolved.
Even though he didn’t have to, he when ahead and upgraded us to a more luxurious suite, saving the day and our vacation like a true superhero.
If you ever visit the Westgate in Orlando Florida you will definitely enjoy your stay. Also give a shout out to our superhero Danny. He is the example of who people in the hospitality industry should strive to be like.

As a mother of two and wife of one, things might need to be just perfect. But Wendi was so patient with finding the perfect room for my 11 and 5 year old. She also gave us acsess to a handful of resort amenities such as Sport Equipment Rentals and Bike Rentals completely free of charge. I hope you have a awesome time at Westgate!
We had an amazing time at Westgate Vacation Villas Resort with friends and family! The location is perfect, just a mile from Disney. Our two-bedroom villa was clean and spacious, with a full kitchen that made meal prep easy.
The kids loved the Shipwreck Island Water Park, and the adults enjoyed the heated pools and hot tubs. The on-site restaurant, Drafts Sports Bar & Grill, served great food. We also had fun with the mini-golf and boat rentals.
The staff were super friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend it for a fun and relaxing getaway!
The rooms are spacious and fitting for families. However, none of the bars by the pool were open which was slightly frustrating as they are advertised as pool side bars.
As for Villa Itaiano where we had dinner after having to buy our own bottle of liquor to hang at the pool and Sacha our bartender was amazing!! Although she was swamped when we arrived, she still made time to make us feel special at the bar! Daniel the bartender was friendly and made us a great espresso martini with crown royal! The chef, Alejandra, made an amazing carbonara with shrimp! Honestly one of the best I’ve ever had!
10/10 would recommend. Ask for Sacha!!!
Overall we had a nice time here and I would recommend it. Our room was lovely and we had fun swimming in the pool. Our room was clean however they do not clean during your stay but there was a washer and dyer in the room so I washed our towels. There are no towels at the pool so bring some from the room. The waterpark costs extra so we didn’t go there and the internet is absolutely terrible. It doesn’t work at all so do not plan on being able to use your phones or stream. There is a Starbucks on property which is awesome and a Walmart right across the street so we were able to pick up food very easily. Traffic getting to and from Disney world (especially back from Disney) is very bad so plan lots of time to drive if you are going to be going to Disney. The grounds are kept very nice and we enjoyed walking around in the evenings.
