This is one of the best resorts I have stayed at. Service here is excellent, everyone on staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Rooms were beautiful as was the view. The shuttle service was very convenient! The Edge steakhouse definitely worth the money. The pillows could use an upgrade but I am very picky about pillows.
Check-in and parking were extremely easy. No extra charge for on-site parking. The staff were great and made the process effortless. The signature suite is extremely small and even smaller when the pull out couch is out. The hotel allows dogs. Every once in a while we would hear a dog bark in an adjacent room. We traveled in the wintertime and the pool and hot tubs were perfect and a nice touch to the trip. Check-out is early (10 AM) which is difficult when you have kids. While packing to make the check-out time, the power went out making it extremely difficult because the room was so dark. Overall, it’s a good family-friendly hotel with a lot of activities for the kids.
Defined you have to pass directly to ski valet. Bruna is amazing! She is awesome, gave to me a lot of tips, helped my family with everything. That is the difference when you have someone that really cares about customers! The hotel is very cool!
I can only imagine that this great location for a conference would be a great place for a vacation. The setting is beautiful. While it is not in the main Park City area, it is just a short few-minutes ride away, and the resort has transpiration available. My villa room was incredible. Comfortable, spacious and very well appointed. The staff was super. My only complaint is that it is a Pepsi place, not Coke.
This resort is very well taken care of and luxurious. Gigi at the front desk assisted us with an upgrade to our room and was very knowledgeable about the resort. She took extra time to show us where everything was located around the resort. Out stay here has been outstanding with valet and concierge service for everything. -Jeff K
Miranda and Gigi at front desk are very helpful. They presented themselves as professional, putting the guest first. The other resort staff did an excellent job, as well. Highly recommend. |I will very coming here again. This is my second trip here
We had dinner at Edge for our one year anniversary. Our server Gilbert was awesome, very knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. Food in general was amazing, totally worth it. Highlight were the smoked Manhattan, and the gold eye of ribeye. Such a unique experience.
Beautiful resort with top notch amenities. Impeccable customer service! I have nothing but wonderful things to say! If you visit check out Todd in Marketing and Jeff in customer service. They are amazing and e now consider them family! You will not regret staying here.
